Bens pov:

Sally had just returned from trick and treating with jane and had gorn to bed. Slenderman always waited till sally was fast asleep before he braught out the competition bored. Slenderman checked on sally and she was sound asleep. He got out the competition bored.

"Right who is going out tonight" slenderman asked while rubbing his hands together. Everyone rased there hands exepet ej. Slenderman looked around the room and wrote everyones name on the bored.

"Not going out ej" slenderman asked curiously ej shook his head "im ok". Slenderman looked confused "whats the matter ej you love going out on competition night".

"Im tired, I just want to stay here" ej lied I could tell something was up. Slenderman clapped his hands together "ok you lot get out and kill as meny people as possible the winner will get a prize". Everyone smiled and ran out the door. Even jeff left me.

Ej sighed and left the room. I followed ej to his room and stood outside his door. Ej was in his room and he was crying. I knocked on the door and waited. The crying sound stopped and I hurd sniffs "who is it" ej asked tearfully. I cleared my throat "its me.... ben". I herd movement behind ej's door.

"Come in ben" ej said sounding quit upset. I took a deep breath and opened his door. Ej was sat in the corner of his room furthest from his door. Ejs room was really cool. Shades of blue and black could be seen everywhere. "Whats the matter ej" I questioned him.

"Oh its nothing ben" ej lied. I shut ejs door and sat next to him. I placed my hand on his shoulder and looked at him. Ej looked at me I just realized his blue mask was sat on his bed. "Ej mate, I know something is up i will try to help you" I looked him dead in the eyes well the black sockets where they was supposed to be.

"Oh you will think i am being stupid" ej said looking away. I lightly turned his head to face me "no I wont, if anything ill try to help but I cant if you dont tell me". Ej cryed a bit then took a deep breath.

"Today was the day I died I went to the over world earlier while sally was trick or treating, I went to my grave and my parents was there, they was crying and placing flowers on my grave, I walked up to them to speek with them, but they didn't know who I was, I was going to apologize for dying but instead I made them afraid of me" ej started crying again.

I pulled him in to a hug. He sobbed on my shoulder till he fell asleep. Bless him I feel sorry for ej his parents didn't know who he was. I stood up and picked ej up and placed him on to his bed. His mask fell of the bed. I picked it up and places it on his bedside table and left his room. I shut the door behind me.
