*Evangel's POV*

I ran through the halls, dodging people here and there, obviously coming over to see all the commotion that Taylor started. It's his fault! It's all his fault! I swear I'm gonna be in huge trouble tomorrow, hell I might even get kicked out of school!!

Lucy started to slow down a bit. I squeezed her hand a bit tighter and ran faster.

"Lucy come on, come on! We can't stop running yet! We gotta get home as soon as possible!" I shouted, my voice overflowing with worry.

"Evie..I..-I" she stammered as she reluctantly ran faster, matching my pace.

We ran through the hallways and out of the school campus, and ran even quicker through the snowy streets, taking short cuts through some alley ways that might get us home quicker. The snow fell down harder on us as if it was trying to impede out progress. We ploughed our way through town, homeward bound. Luckily, we got home before sunset. We got in, and I rushed to my room and took my bag off and threw it on my bed, ignoring the fact that my phone is inside. I ran out of my room and jumped down the stairs to the living room, where Lucy was. I held both of her shoulders and looked at her worriedly.

"Lucy, are you alright?! Did those bastards hurt you?! Please tell me!"

"Evie I'm all right! I··I heard of commotion on the 3rd floor, so I wanted to find out what was going on. When I arrived, there were so many people gathered to watch, I had to squeeze my way through to see what was happening. When I got to the front, I saw you fighting those guys! They·· they..." she said, now just about to burst into tears, "they had knives Evangel! I should be the one asking if you're alright!" she said, now sobbing uncontrollably.

I took my hands off her shoulder and covered my mouth with my right hand. She's got so worried about me..

"I'm sorry for getting you worried, Lucy··· I'm fine, don't worry about me" I said, trying my best to console her.

"Evangel! You got cut on your shoulder! I saw him do that! How deep is the cut? Lemme see that now, Evie, please!" she begged, her pleas almost irresistable.

"Lucy, I'm alright, I heal faster than normal humans, remember? I can get this healed in an instant-"

"NO EVANGEL! I'm gonna take care of that wound so it doesn't get infected! Now come here!" she shouted, and leaped at me. She caught me by my shoulder and I fell backward to the soft carpet underneath me. Lucy started trying to remove my coat forcefully, having little progress, I tried to force her off gently, but she only kept forcing it off more. She was literally riding me now. (a/n Hey. get that thought off your mind! Haha xD) I eventually gave up and let her take my coat off. She gasped at my wound, which was quite deep, and still bleeding profusely. I was shocked at how much I was bleeding.

"See, Evie! I told you that I should take care of it! Now be a good boy while I get it cleaned.." she said, and took her first aid kit out of her bag (I packed it for her). She took out some gauze and made me bite on it. She took some cotton out and dabbed it in some liquid I can only think its a disinfectant, since I couldn't bring myself to look at her.

"I'm sorry if this hurts, Evie, but please don't move, it'll only hurt more." she said before gently applying the liquid onto my wound. I held back a scream of pain through the gauze. I bit down harder and closed my eyes. After a few seconds she removed the gauze, and the pain dissipated quickly.

"And, its over! We won't need to do that again, Evie, don't worry." she cooed. I wonder if I was blushing, and hoped that Lucy wouldn't notice.

She took a tissue out of her pack and rubbed my wound gently, me feeling mild pain, but trying my best not to notice it. She then took out some gauze and wrapped my wound up.
