Ok, lets get one thing straight- a locker is a locker, not a room.
People tend to get a bit over the top with their locker. I did too at one point. (in 7th grade). Now that I've started high school, I notice that it's a bit old to decorate a locker.
But you can go ahead and decorate ;) I'm not stopping you!
Your locker should be organized though! Something I recommend in every locker:
A backpack
A small box of supplies (you know what I mean)
Extra pens and those sort of things
A water bottle
A place for your books
Everything else is not as important- experiment and have fun with it!
Tips:
Take home loose papers and lunches! Don't leave them in there to rot! (I know this from experience) Do a mini locker clean out a few times a month so you can get rid of things you don't need.
I remember how in 6th grade, my whole locker had papers and stuff stuffed on all of the shelves! I found old homework that I never turned in when I cleaned it out at the end of the year. Don't fall into that trap!
