Your POV:
You and Malcolm entered school and he didn't take your hand away from ours. You knew why.
People didn't really care, again. They were still acting like it was another normal day of school!.
(A/N: Probably, because it was for them.)
Irritation filled your veins again but Malcolm gently squeezed your hand. "Y/n." He whispered, trying to calm you down.
"You know what? I'm going to find the girls okay!" You said, acting calm. "I want to come with." He whispered.
"Don't you need to be going to one of your classes?!" You asked, not trying to sound rude but in the end you did.
But Malcolm isn't going to let this irritated him. "No. I think this is more important." He replied.
You quickly gave up and looked down. Why is everything so fucking confusing?! You asked yourself. "Fine" You mumbled as you went to go find the girls.
"I need to be able to protect you, y/n." Malcolm whispered, unable for you to hear.
