*Here, we go.*
Iris' POV
Out of all the people in the world, it had to be him. I felt anger and sadness rise up in me.
"What do you want, Beck?" I gritted through my teeth. He started to walk towards us but I quickly backed up behind Thomas.
"Ris, relax I won't hurt you-"
"Yeah you did. You were going to be my friend but we all know you lied about that. And don't call me that." I interrupted him. Beck takes a deep breath before turning his attention to Thomas.
"Thomas." He said in an annoyed tone.
"Beck." Thomas mimicked his actions.
"Why are you even here? I was fine until you decided to come and ruin my good mood." I growled. His body tensed a bit.
"I always come here when I'm thinking about stuff." He said bluntly. I look at him with a mix of annoyed. "Just never thought I see the 2 of you here." Beck scoffed. I just wanted to push him to the sidewalk concrete.
"How are your new friends?" I said with annoyance and venom dripping in tone.
"Great, I see you finally have company and someone to help you with your problems." He growled. I felt the tears coming in. I can't believe Beck.
"Beck, that is enough. It's already bad that you decided to turn your back on us. Why bother us anymore?" Thomas said with a glare.
"You know what? Forget you guys. At first I felt really guilty about this but now I could care less. Betraying you guys was the best thing I have done for myself." Beck said before walking away from us. I sat down on the grass looking at my flats. Thomas sat down with me.
"Iris, forget about him. If he was a true friend, he wouldn't have left in the first place. He made the wrong choice." Thomas said patting my back. I look up to him.
"But, that's the thing. A part of me wants to believe that he will change his mind but another part doesn't want to even care about Beck. And to be honest Tom, I don't even know him anymore. We aren't the 3 musketeers anymore." I said looking at the grass.
"Iris, you may have lost Beck. But, you won't lose me. We have been through up's and down's but we will always be fixed in the end and I mean it." Thomas spoke softly. He put his hand on my cheek and we were both just staring at each other. "I promise you this." He said. Then we both leaned in until his lips were softly placed on mine. They were soft and so comforting. I almost forgot about everything right then and there. Soon after, his hands traveled to my waist and pulled me closer. My hands slowly traveled to his neck and wrapped my arms around him. We then pulled away for air, I felt myself feeling quite flustered a bit. "I have always wanted to do that for quite awhile." I felt blush run up my face.
"Thomas, I know and I just wanted to say me too and yes." I smiled at him and he looked at me in happiness. Then he stood up from the grass and held his hand out for me. I looked into his eyes before grabbing his hand. Then he pulled me up and we both started walking towards my house hand in hand. This has been one of the best moments of my life...
