"Y-you can't be alive. You were dead. I saw you o-on the floor and there was blood everywhere. How are you alive, mom why didn't you tell me you're alive?" I said while stuttering.
"Oh honey, I'm not your mother. Your mother is dead." Said the woman while laughing.
"What the hell do you mean you're not my mother. You are standing right in front of me." The woman laughed a deep laugh
"You're mother is dead, I'm just simply using your mothers body as a vessel."
"No, this is impossible. I demand you to tell me who the hell you are, now." I muttered.
"Haha, you see you can't demand me little girl. I am so much more dangerous than you think, so much."
"I don't even know who you are so your argument is invalid."
"Fair enough, my name is Cassiopeia."
"Like the constellation or the mythology?"
"I'm both."
"That's not bloody possible."
"Well you better believe it because it is." She laughed deeply and hysterically.
And the exact moment the woman finished the sentence; she was gone just like that, zapped into thin air.
My head is whirling with thoughts but I can't even make out one. Not even one. Then I heard a scream and turned around too fast, which caused my head to spin uncontrollably and fell to the ground.
When I woke up, it was already night. The night sky was so beautiful. The sky, the moon and the, the the constellations! I stood up as fast as I can tripping on several things but I kept running to the stairs.
"Ava! Ava where are you?! Ava, god damn it." I shouted at the top of my lungs.
"Whoa, whoa girl chill. I'm here jesus the whole neighborhood can hear you." Ava came running upstairs.
"Oops, sorry."
"Nevermind that Thea what happened, what did your mom mean by she's the mythology?"
"Stop! Just don't ever say that. That evil and horrible woman is not my fucking mother." I can already feel my eyes tearing up.
"Oh, oh okay. I'm so sorry." Ava hugged me tightly.
"So.... why don't we go get something to eat cuz I am starving." I said quietly, to change the subject.
"Lets do it!"
