The bell rings for lunch lucas and I walk to our usual table seated there as usual Farkle and Maya.
Farkle talks his head off about physics and the usual nerdy science things while Maya continues to bully me about me and Lucas's brief kiss.
"Maya shut up" I growl low enough for only the people at our table can hear.
"Riley and Lucas sitting in the tree
K-i-s-s-i-n-g first come love then comes marriage then comes the baby in the baby carriage." Maya chants skipping around the table like a phycopath while Lucas stares at her in amusement.
I DONT FIND THIS FUNNY! Nothing is funny about this.
"Maya sit down and shut up!" I yell and she does as told with a smirk on her face
The taunting continues all day.
-after school-
"Hey Riley let me walk you home"
Me and Lucas walk to my apt together and we stop in front of the door smiling at one another and he kisses me one last time before I begin to open the door.
"Rucas I like the sound of that" he says and I smile back at him and walk into my apt...
