When Beth awoke she had a feeling of déjà vu, waking up in a brightly lit hospital room.  But there was something different.  The first time she had a foggy feeling in her head.  This time, it felt like she was shot in the head.

Grazed.  That is what Dr. Edwards said.  The bullet had grazed her head.  He also said that if the man that carried her out of the hospital hadn't been run off by walkers and left her in the abandoned car, she would have been dead.

There was only one person she could think of that would have carried her out.

'Daryl,' Beth thought sadly to herself.

They never got to finish their conversation.  She'll always know that he felt something deeper than friendship for her, and now she'll never get to tell him she did too.

She knew better to ask if he knew where they went.  Nobody in their right mind would tell anyone from Grady where they were headed.
