My sister told me Harry is sounding like a major jerk. I know! I apologize for making him like that, but he is really stressed. Stressed Harry isn't always the fun and flirty Harry we all know so just bare with me. Thanks! :)

Enjoy it!

P.S I apologize again for all the spelling and grammar errors. :/

Chapter Sixteen

The bright early Sun hit my eyes stirring me from my slumber. The sheets were soft and I wrapped myself more into them seeking they're warmth. My eyes slowly opened and I was surprised to find myself in bed when I thought I had fallen asleep on the couch last night.

I rubbed my eyes slowly letting them adjust to the light. I smiled recalling my great day with Eleanor yesterday. Just to make sure it wasn't a dream I glanced over at the door and saw my bags off to the side. Week one is now complete and I have really high hopes for this up and coming one. I need to keep lifting my head up high and with confidence, everything I want can be mine.

My nostrils were suddenly filled with a sweet smell of blueberry and I rolled out of bed to investigate the delicious scent.

I found Louis and Eleanor giggling in the kitchen. Louis was leaning over the oven and Eleanor was sitting on the counter laughing because Louis looked like he had some flour on his face.

"What are you two doing?" I asked joining Eleanor on the counter. "Surprised you are still here" I raised an eyebrow jokingly looking at Eleanor.

"You don't want me here? I'm so hurt!" Eleanor put her hand over her heart and started to fake cry. We laughed. "I'm here whenever I am not working on weekends." She eyed Louis with hot eyes as he removed muffins from the oven.

"So why is Louis baking?" I asked looking at him as well with curiosity on my face.

"If I don't do it, who is? I have a lazy housemate and two lovely ladies who don't make the effort!" He smirked at the two of us. Putting the muffins on a rack to cool.

"Those smell delicious Lou!" Harry's deep accented voice echoed through the living room as he entered the kitchen. Spotting me he stopped. Probably debating if he should run or stay to eat the muffins. After a moment of inward struggle he chose the latter.

"Hi." He said coolly to me, which surprised me since I was expecting him to ignore me.

"Hi." I said pleasantly.

I caught Eleanor looking between Harry and I feeling the tension between us. Why must things be like this. I thought about what Eleanor said to me yesterday and took some hope in her words. Give Harry space and time she said. He has a lot to deal with she said. I can do this, be normal and friendly and he'll come around. I nodded my head in acceptance of this task.

"You okay, Kristen?" Louis asked walking up to Eleanor resting his head on her lap. "Your weirding me out with all your head nodding to yourself."

"Ha! Whatever!" I stuck my tongue out at him which he so graciously returned. "How was the show last night by the way?" My voice took on a more serious but still light and playful tone.

"It was great! The group went wild and you could just feel the energy in the air. It made us sing 100x better. Afterward they let us stuff our faces with all the yummy food as well." Louis replayed joyfully standing up straight to speak with his hands as well.

The question was directed at both but Harry didn't answer until we all looked at him. "Good." Was all he said as he snuck around Louis to grab a muffin.

"Heeey!" Louis yelled. "Those weren't for you..."

"Who could they be for then? I am sure Eleanor or Kristen can't eat them all by themselves." My name rolling off of Harry's tongue was majestic and sent tingles along my skin. Such an affect he has on me with just his voice.
