There it was again; the ‘power’ that she felt at the party. As Jocelyn laid in bed staring at the ceiling, it moved through her again. If the ‘power’ was back… that meant he was there; the sapphire-eyed boy. He couldn’t be there in her room, because she would have heard him. But there was always the possibility that he was there before she returned from Jessica’s wild party. She was certain he was there though. Without thinking, she got up and walked over to her window. It was like something was pulling her in that direction. There was a black-out on her street and it was almost impossible to see anything in or outside the Victorian styled house. She lifted the window and mid-fall breeze made the oversized t-shirt she wore graze the back of her lengthy legs. She sat down on the bench beneath her window and looked down at ground below her.
Somehow the ‘power’ was getting stronger and stronger until it was almost crippling her. She made eye contract with two glowing circular objects through complete darkness. ‘Who or what would be out this late and in a black-out’ she thought; she had to know. She turned around to grab her flashlight and stopped dead in her tracks. The two circular objects were hovering in the center of her murky room. As her night-vision became more defined, she saw the outline of a person. Her mind completely froze as the person moved toward her. After awhile she could feel the person’s breath on her skin and smell alluring cologne; it had to be a boy. But not just any boy, the boy she couldn’t get off her mind. ‘Could it really be him’ she thought. They had never even been in each other’s presence.
In a split-second, he grabbed her chin and led her over to her bed; all in one quick motion. Because she couldn’t see, she let him lead her through the shadowy darkness. He laid her petite body on the bed and got on top of her. Her body deceived her and gave in to him. He slid her cotton t-shirt off of her shoulder as she reluctantly wrapped her legs around his waist. He ran his hand up Jocelyn’s left thigh and found her underwear. He forcefully ripped them and she gaped. Then suddenly… he stopped. A part of her was fearful because she didn’t exactly know who he was, but then again part of her wanted him to keep going; taking her to another world, almost. Then just as abruptly as he appeared in her unusually frigid room, he vanished. She opened her eyes and realized that this was all a very realistic dream as the bright sun washed over her.
