After arriving home from the theater German began to get ready for the upcoming "fight".

Ramallo was helping him in everything he could when suddenly Bertuccio came into the room, looking a little worried.

- Angeles is here - he said.

- Send her away - German replied - I don't have time for her now.

Bertuccio just nodded then headed back, but seconds later German heard screaming.

- Let me in!!

Going out he saw that Angie was pushing the door open... Or atleast she was trying to do that.

After a while of just watching German interrupted and went to the door to see Angie...

- What are you doing? Just go! - he groaned.

- No! Not until you talk to me! - said Angie angrily - You can't fight with Albert!!!

German didn't say anything.

He was about to close the door when she pushed it in again.

- Are you seriously planning to kill your own son?!! - she snapped and this made German freeze immediately.

Using the opportunily to open the door fully and went in to normally talk to him.

- What did you just say? - German asked - You're being ridiculous right now!

- Come on, you dumbass! Think for a second! - Angie snapped angrily at him which again surprised him and made him completely speechless - Now it's December! Albert's going to be 22 in March 1837! You disappeared in 1815! And I'm pretty sure you remember what we had before you got arrested! And by that you know what I meant!

German was frozen.

- Are you telling me that he...

- He is your son, German! Your son and not Fernand's! - Angie screamed at him by now - You can't kill your own blood, goddamnit!!

He didn't respond again.

He was trying to stay calm and get his thoughts together, but he couldn't.

"My son? What... No... How... Why..."

- German! Say something!!

- He started it - German replied coldly after a while of deep silent - Either way he needs to finish it, or I will - he said while looked over to Ramallo, giving him a sign and permission to take her out.

- Listen to me, German! If you kill him you're not better than Fernand! - she screamed one more time before leaving the room and the house, but she couldn't go too far before breaking down and crying.

"He can't do this! He just can't! But... Did he even believe me?!"

She wanted to save her son, but she also knew German and that he won't give this up unless Albert gives up as well.

She was still at the door when for some reason she heard someone moving so she went to the door...

- German, I know you're there! And I also know you remember everything we had...

She was right.

German was at the door, hoping for Angie to leave by now, but she didn't and when he heard her voice he froze.

- I still have the ring you gave me...

At the same time he also had his ring in his hand...

- I know I was an awful person... For marrying Fernand... But I never forgot you... And believe me, or not... I still love you... And this is why I'm asking you... To not to do whatever you're planning to do with Albert... Please... He's your son... Even though he doesn't know about it...

German sighed deeply.

- I'm leaving now - Angie continued - But I trust you and I know you'll do the right thing...

And soon he heard her walking away.
