Chapter 13

"Well hello Danny."

"What are you doing here Skulker?" I asked irritated, but loud enough that I hoped Vlad would hear.

"Aw, are you not glad to see me after so long?" He asks with a smile.

"No I'm not. I will ask again, why are you here?!" He could tell I was getting pissed off.

"Why, to kidnap you of course." He pulls out an ectogun and gets in his ready position, waiting for me to turn Phantom. But I was scared to change. All I do is get in my ready stance and look towards Skulker. Before any fighting can occur, Vlad appears in the doorway.

"What are you doing here Skulker?" He asks what I just asked a minute ago.

"Why are you harboring the ghost child? I thought you two were enemies." Skillet replied confused.

"Why would I be an enemy of my own son? Now get out or I will use force." Vlad calmly said. Before I knew what was happening, Skillet had Vlad unconscious and was coming after me. I imidiatly ran to Vlad's lab which contained many ghost weapons. I grab the nearest ectogun and aim it a Skulker.

"What's the matter welmp, you loose your powers?" I shook at the volume of his voice as he laughed. "Still, I could use you as a target since you can't fight back without your powers." But before he could pull the trigger, something flew right in front of me and shot at Skulker, causing him to dissapear from the room and leaving me alone with the mysterious ghost.

"Who are you?" I ask it. From the back, all I could see was long white hair with black pants and knee high silver boots. Obviously this ghost was a girl. She turned around and I was shocked to me core. "Jazz?!" She looked exactly how I do when I'm ghost. Silver belt, shoes, and gloves on top of a solid black jumpsuit. She has snow white hair and startling green eyes. She smiled shyly.

"Hey little brother." She commented quietly.

"H-how are you here? I thought you d-d..." I couldn't say the word.

"I did, but like all ghosts, I had a purpose I had to complete. Protecting you until your final breath." I pull my sister in my arms and hold her tight. As tears fall down my face, I remember something.

"Hold up." I say to Jazz and race to my room to find Vlad sitting against the wall. I go next to him and put my hands on his shoulders. "How are you feeling?" I ask him.

"Fine. Is Skulker taken care of?" He says.

"Yes. But-"

"Danny?" A voice says from the hall, interrupting me from explaining things from Vlad.
