Queen Lana of Russia watched as her daughter Princess Katerina, now 7 years old was getting ready for her 7th birthday. She wasn't like other Princesses. She didn't want a ball for her birthday. In fact, she despised balls! Her famous phrase was " Balls and Parties are for people who think very lowly of themselves and need a huge room of people to tell them they're wonderful. She was going to wear her favorite cream gown bejeweled with pearls in the folds of the dress. She would have a French Braid lead up to a bun for her hair and put small fresh water pearls in some places on the bun. She would wear her favorite emerald earrings and necklaces. Aside from all of this, Katerina planned to take the throne from her mother and become Queen. She agreed to speak to the public to make her big announcement. "Welcome everybody! Today I will be making a very special announcement at the very end of this speech. As you all know today is my birthday. I decided to get my self a present. Tonight, I will take the throne! You all should be prepared because... Soon... I will be your Queen."
It was finally time for Katerina's plan. She planned to have the guards take her mother when se least expected it and have them drag her to our dungeon. Her plan worked. Her mother fought hard, but Katerina had let the strongest guards do the job for a reason. Katerina was not very nice and did not feel a thing towards her mother. She only cared for herself. She had her birthday feast and it was official. At 11:41 p.m. Katerina had become the Queen of Russia...
