4: Sleeping and Shopping!

Ms. Emily shakes me. "It's Saturday." I groan. "I know. But you have a meeting with Zoe and Alfie today." She says. I jump up, not so tired anymore. Ms. Emily goes back downstairs and I look at the clock. This is the 3rd week that I will be meeting with Zoe and Alfie. I look at the clock and realize I only have 45 minutes. I jump up and pull out a red striped top, jeans, and grey high tops. I get a scarf from my side of a closet on the left side of the room. I already showered last night so now all I have to do is brush my teeth and put on some mascara and lip balm. When I go down for breakfast I have waffles and watch Ms. Emily, who is talking on the phone. She leans over to me. "Zoe would like to know if you would enjoy sleeping over tonight."

"Yes please." I say, and nod my head. "Okay." Ms. Emily says over the phone and hangs up. "Finish your breakfast and pack your bags."

I go upstairs and pull some Pjs out of my drawer, also some clothes. I put my mascara, peach lip stick, lipgloss, foundation, blusher, and eyeliner into my travel kit as well as my toothbrush, paste, and hair brush. I pack my laptop (Which I saved up for!) , phone, chargers, socks, and a necklace for tomorrow. I also add my wallet and headphones. I go down and find Meg playing chess by herself. I sit down with her and we talk while trying to figure out the rules until Zoe comes in the red mini. I say bye to Meg and go meet Zoe. She gets out and puts my bag in the trunk. I however do take my phone from the pack first. We talk a bit and then blast tunes while singing loudly all the way to Brighton. We stop at Starbucks halfway and both get Cotton Candy Fraps.

We get to the house and IT'S HUGE. Zoe takes my bag and leads me in. I hug Alfie when we get in and pet Nala. Zoe looks at me and puts her hand on my shoulder. "How about a tour?" She asks. "Yeah." I say enthusiastically. She shows me around the house and then we get to the last room. My soon to be room. She leads me in and I gasp. "It's huge." I say. Zoe chuckles. "Thank-you so much." I say, running to hug her. The walls are ice blue, with fair lights on the walls and a queen sized bed. "We can go decorating tomorrow." Alfie says, coming in. "And when you move in." I smile and hug them both. We end up having a huge group hug and falling to the floor, playing with Nala.

For dinner, we order a pizza and sit down on the couch to eat. Alfie heads to the built ins. "What should we watch?" He asks. "Dunno." Zoe says "Grace?"

"What are my options?" I ask. "Ooh," Alfie says "Perfect!" He cries. "What?" Zoe asks. "Lets watch Despicable Me 2."

"Why not?" Zoe says, and Alfie puts the film in. Zoe gets up. "Grace. Alf. Does anyone want something to drink?"

We both nod

"Coke?" She asks. "Yeah." We say. Zoe comes back and we all cuddle on the couch and finish up the pizza.

At the end of the movie Alfie is snoring lightly beside us and Nala's small snout is in his arm pit. Me and Zoe are half awake. We get up from the couch and Zoe walks me up to my room. I use the toilet and take out my toothbrush to brush my teeth. After I settle into my big fluffy white bed (Cause I am so tumblr!)

I start to fall asleep within minutes of my head hitting the pillow. In the last few seconds that I am awake, I feel Zoe kiss my cheek and softly whisper that she will see me tomorrow.

*********The next day*********

I wake to Zoe shaking me lightly. "Good morning. Good morning." She says in a cheery sing song voice. I smile and roll around in bed. "C'mon. Alfie is making chocolate nutella millo and strawberry pancakes." I sit up quickly. "Yum." I say and jump out of bed. Me and Zoe go down the stairs and I can smell that good grub is cooking. Alfie flips pancakes in the kitchen. I sit at the island with Zoe as the table has already been set. We have light chatter until Aflie finishes breakfast. Zoe takes her pancakes and I do too, then Alfie sits next to us. "So today." Zoe starts "We will go to the shopping centre. Stores like Primark and Topshop. We will get some stuff for your room and some clothes for your walk in." I nod and start my pancakes, which are delicious.

I go upstairs. Shower, brush my teeth, brush my hair, put it in a pony tail, and dress in a mint top sweater thing, grey skater skirt, red earrings, and bow flats. I step back, looking at my outfit. I go down and find Alfie and Zoe. Zoe is dressed in really pretty floral leggings and a "Lost in Brooklyn" tee, with plain pumps. Alfie just wears jeans, sneakers, and a white top. We leave the house and all get into another car. It's a grey SUV. "This one has more room for all of our stuff." Zoe says.

First we hit Primark, then homesense, then topshop, and a whole bunch of other stores! When we finish we are loaded with bags. We pile into the SUV and drive home. After dumping all of the stuff there, we eat a little something, I grab my stuff, and we drive back to Oxford. Even though I really just want to move to Brighton right away.
