Chapter 2: Old Friend

I'm sooo tired..

Midterms, they're torturing me. And I didn't do well too..

K-Kise?!

"Kise?!" I widen my eyes in surprise.

That's right.. It is him..

FLASHBACK

My first day in Teikō .. I hope I'll have fun here.

"I have to go to class 1-C.."

I have no idea where it is. I was getting lost, but then a boy came to me.

"I've never seen you before. Are you lost?"

The boy has an unusual yellow hair, he looked nice.

Should I.. trust him?

"I think I am.."

"Are you in class 1-C?"

I nodded.

"I am also in class 1-C, now follow me. I'll show you where it is."

"Thank you.."

I guess I can trust him..

He walked me around and I followed him. Then, we stopped in front of a room.

"Here it is. Class 1-C."

"Thank you." I walked to the class but then,

"Hey, what's your name?" He called me and I turned my head to him.

"It's (l/n) (f/n)" I kept my head down, I was scared and all..

"I'm Kise Ryōta. Nice to meet you, (y/n)-cchi!"

"Um.. nice to meet you too.. Kise-kun."

"Hope we could get along!" He said with with a smile.

I nodded.

"Hey, would you mind going with me?"

What?

"I don't.."

"Then please accompany me to the basketball club!"

I nodded again.

I've never felt this before.. Is he a friend?

The bell rang, It is the end of the first day. Most of my classmates went outside to join some clubs. I also went outside, but I have nothing to do.

"Hey, (f/n)-cchi! You promised to accompany me! Have you forgotten?!"

"I'm sorry, Kise.. I-I didn't-" I said with an unsteady voice.
