Chapter Seven

It's now time to go home , I have to meet Davarion in the student parking lot for this "date", shall I say.
As I'm walking to the student parking lot i get nervous, no ones ever took me out to dinner before . I feel so good about this I just hope all goes well I wouldn't want to run him off. He's kind of sweet.
"Surprised you didn't dodge me" he said snickering
"Why would I do that?" I asked
"Well I don't know your a really quiet girl and ya know , you're kind of shy" he replied
"Well I didn't mister" I said sarcastically
He opened the door for me to get inside his lovely Maxima. I knew a lot about cars, when you have no friends you tend to learn a lot by yourself.
"So what's This Zaxby's again?" I asked as he started the car.
"It's a place with chicken wings little Jay" he said sarcastically
"Well excuse me, and how do I know what to order? Do they just come up to me and ask what I want or do I go up to them?" I asked nervously
He gave me a weird look and said
"Don't worry, I gotchu"
I wonder why he looked at me that , wait was he surprised I don't know a lot about eating out? Who knows.

We finally arrive to Zaxby's and he gets out to open the door for me. He's such a gentlemen.
He opened the double doors for me and all.

"Go find us a seat" he said
I chose a window seat, I like to look outside and watch the cars go by. I watched him up there talking to the cashier lady and turning around looking at me every second.
He walked back with two trays of food. He placed food in front of me and gave me a hand wipe to clean my hands before I ate.
"What is this Davarion? Is it good?" I questioned
"Yes Journey taste it, here"
He reached into my plate and grabbed a chicken wing and placed it to my mouth, so I took a bite, It was really good.
"Mmmm this is good" I confessed
"This is sweet and spicy chicken wings" he told me
As I stuffed my face he laughed and reached over and wiped my mouth.
"You're such a slob" he told me with a smile
I finished every chicken wing and I was stuffed
"So journey tell me about you , I can't figure you out you're so quiet" he said
"Just anything?" I asked
"Anything ... Everything" he said
"My favorite color is Green" I confessed
"Hmmmm I'm thinking like a lime green" he exclaimed
"Exactly" I said with a smile
"That smile girl" he said with a grin
I held my head down and blushed
"Don't ever do that again" he commanded
"Do what ?" I asked confusingly
"Hold your head down around me, you're to beautiful for that" he said visciously.
I began to blush, I thought Davarion would be a silly,player,conceited guy . I guess looks are deceiving.

As he dropped me off to Zariah's we listened to my favorite song, "Shut it down" by Drake
He sung it with me the whole ride. It was kind of funny hearing him trying to sing.

We arrived at Zariah's and he opens the door for me once again.
"Thanks for everything" I said while getting out the car
"Anytime we should do this again" he said
"You got it" I said with a smile
"Tomorrow come to my house and we can watch a movie or something & study" he said
"Hmmmm this is no "Netflix and chill" type thing is it" I said jokingly
"Na, I wouldn't do that you not them other girls  Jay" he confessed
"Well it's a deal" I said
As he gave me a hug , I realized how good he smelled.
He drove off and was on his way home.
It was time for me to get ready for work.
