The next day, Indy drove back up to the lake house to help Lydia, Kira and Malia solve the next cipher key for the next list.

"So, what's been going on?" Indy asked

"Not much, after the guys left Lydia's been listening to this record for hours. Non-stop" Kira replied, a hint of concern in her voice

"Here's the list for the dead pool" Malia told Indy while handing her the piece of paper,

"Far out, that's a pretty long list," Indy was shocked. Scott, Kira, Malia and Lydia were all on there, "What do all the numbers mean?"

"We're not sure yet, Scott and Stiles are still trying to figure that out," Kira replied, "and we're just waiting here"

"Sounds like fun"

Indy had decided not to tell the girls what had happened to her the night before because it didn't seem like that big a deal, compared to what was already happening. It was almost 8 o'clock when the girls all decided that that was enough. Lydia was going to go insane otherwise. The girls drove home with little conversation. Indy was really worried about Lydia. She'd worked so hard that day and had gotten no results. She was under a lot of pressure to perform.

When they got back, Malia and Kira decided to go see Scott and Stiles to see if anything had arisen, while Indy and Lydia had gotten dropped off at their house.

"Lydia are you okay?" Indy asked

"Yeah I'm fine, I just need to figure out that cipher key" Lydia replied, she was not happy,

"I'm just worried about you. You've been working yourself ragged and with everything going on at the minu-"

"I said I'm FINE!" Lydia yelled. Luckily Natalie was out having drinks, with friends.

"Woah! Okay, calm down"

"I will not calm down! I am trying to figure out this cipher key" she put her hand on the bench and started, kind of, sobbing "and it's not working and people's lives are on the line here and we need to save them" then tears started to trickle from her eyes

"Lydia, come here," Indy walked up to her and hugged her "It's going to be alright. We're all going to find a way to help these people. You're not alone" she said reassuringly

"I just don't want you to get hurt and the fact that you've been 'assigned' to look after Liam, I just don't like the thought of that"

"I'll be fine, don't worry about me. I can hold my own"

"I guess so. Besides, I think he'll try not to hurt you, out of everyone,"

"Why would that be?" Indy was almost certain of the answer

"Because he likes you" she smirked, as Indy started to blush as well as get a slight tingle down her back, but that seems to be common these days.

"And why would you think that? I don't even know him that well"

"Banshee instinct. Besides, the younger you are the easier it is for you to have fall for someone" as she started to walk upstairs to her room.

"Okay, that escalated quickly. If he does like me" she emphasised the 'does', "Besides, do banshees even get those kind of instincts?" she questioned before continuing, "Anyway, we'd talking about puppy love here, it wouldn't be anything serious," she frowned, "And I'm not really sure if that was meant to be offensive or not though,"

Lydia popped her head back into view, "Just look at how Allison and Scott were. That's all I'm saying. Oh and thank you"

"For what?"
