It was a real struggle for Indy to get to sleep that night. The only reason why she was home was because Lydia told her that someone had to drop Liam home because all of his friends had ditched him. Indy was still too young to drive but because she had lived in a foster home and run away a couple of times she had learnt how to drive from this guy who had also given her a fake license. He also taught her how to Hotwire a car, which she always did when she had run away from a really horrible family. It was really quite satisfying.

She somehow managed to get to sleep but that night she had a dream. A pretty blond girl with no hand who was running. The girl then went into a bus and she was really, really scared. The dream kept fading in and out and the last part of the dream was the girl getting into a car with a blond boy and being stabbed in the upper chest. Indy woke and sat up immediately puffing and panting, with sweat beads running down from her forehead. She had felt a pain in her chest. The same place the girl had been stabbed.
"What the hell?" She whispered to herself, it had felt so real. Then she had a tingle down her back,
"What the hell is wrong with my back? That's like the third time" Indy yet again whispered to herself. She got up and walked over to her mirror. When she got there she turned around and lifted her top up to see what was going on with her back. When she saw her back she gasped. There were grey marks starting from her neck and coming out from underneath the fabric of her top to the middle of her back. She stood there for a minute or two before deciding that it was probably just some dirt that she hadn't rubbed off when she was in the forest with Liam and Scott. With that she got back into bed, feeling sick about her dream and confused about her back.

Hmmm, what's the 'dirt' on her back? And why did that dream feel so real?
