m- it's true dear.. you leave in two days to go down there to him..
s- o-okay. thank you momma. love you.
i clicked end call and started bawling.
"what happened baby?" jack had a confused look on his face.
"my dad got full custody of me and andrea.. we're moving to florida in two days.." i choked out, wiping tears. his eyes got watery and he pulled me into a hug over the console.
"but you can't leave me.. i don't want to lose you.." he whispered.
"i don't wanna go.. my life here is so perfect.." i whispered back.
"we need to make the best of these last two days we have together."
i nodded, tears still flowing.
"is long distance gonna work..?"
"of course it will baby.. i promise it will. we will make it work." he smiled, taking his thumb and wiping my fallen tears.
