sammi's pov
later that evening
"do i really have to go to dad..?" i sighed, sitting at the table as my mom finished up her dishes.
"as much as i want you two to stay here.. yes. you have to." she frowned.
"but my life here is so perfect.. my boyfriend, school, friends. all that's gonna be ruined when i leave." i huffed.
"i'm sorry honey. but look on this bright side.. you'll be eighteen in three months. you can move back if you want."
i nodded. "i love you momma."
"i love you too darling. it's getting late, you gonna go to sleep?"
"i'm spending the night with jack. he's torn about this whole situation and said we need to spend these last two days together.."
"he's such a charmer. are you two still going to date when you move?"
"of course." i began walking up to my room to gather up a bag.
i grabbed my nike drawstring bag and put a pair of shorts and a t-shirt along with an outfit for tomorrow. i ran back downstairs, waving my mother goodbye and driving to jack's house.
once i reached his house, he opened the door and before i could even mutter a hello, he pressed his lips against mine roughly.
his arms snaked their way to my hips and around to my ass, cupping it with his large hands and bringing me closer to him.
he pulled away only to begin leaving kisses on my neck, whispering, "i wanna fuck you."
"tomorrow.. i'll be off it tomorrow.
promise." i whispered back.
he nodded slightly and unwrapped his arms from around me, bringing me inside. he grabbed my hand and led me up to his room.
we both sat down on his bed, him pulling me into his lap.
"do you really have to move to florida..?" he muttered, resting his head on my shoulder.
i nodded and he sighed.
"i'm gonna miss you.." i said.
"we're gonna facetime everyday, right?"
"of course."
"you're not gonna break up with me, right?"
"jack, i love you too much to be doing that.." i sighed.
"i know it's just.. long distance is hard you know? some people just can't handle not being in their lover's arms for so long.."
"stop, you're gonna make me cry.." i mumbled, resting my head on his and closing my eyes.
"you mean the world to me, i'd do anything for you. if that means using my college money just for you to be in my arms, that would make me the happiest man alive." i could feel him smile into my shoulder as tears rolled down my cheeks.
"i don't wanna leave you.." i sniffled.
"i don't want you to leave me."
"i promise i'll be back. i'll be back in three months when i can move out, if not sooner. just wait for me." i wiped some stray tears away.
"only if you wait for me too, baby girl." he smiled warmly, pressing our lips together.
