A/N- OMG I JUST LOOKED AT THE AMOUNT OF READS AND ITS OVER 3k IM SO HAPPY!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! And I'm so so so so so sorry for not updating for awhile, I've had the biggest writers block and didn't know what to do with the book since everyone said they wanted me to continue it. <3 I have decided that I'm gonna have a huge timeskip to 3rd year of high school!

Today, I finally become a 3rd year.
I smiled and got out of bed, all I could think about is that the swim club would start back up again! Ever since the whole thing with my dad happened, life has been so much better. Over the summer I spent so much time with makoto.

Makoto.

I smiled at the thought of his name. He makes me so happy and I never wanna leave his side.

After getting dressed I sat down to eat breakfast and waited. After a couple minutes I heard the front down open.

"I'm here (Y/N)," Makoto walked in to the kitchen and set his school bag down. We started a routine last year where he would come to pick my up a little earlier so we could hang out.

"MAKOTO!" I ran and tackled him into a hug.

He blushed and giggled, "You seem extra excited today."

"I am! We're finally gonna be 3rd years! And the swim club is gonna start again!" I pulled back from hugging him and smiled.

Makoto started to laugh and I pouted.

"Why are you laughing at me?" I made puppy eyes and he kept laughing.

"I-I'm s-sorry but you're acting like a little kid," he finally calmed down from laughing.

"And is there a problem for acting like a little kid?" I frowned and pretended to be mad.

"No, not at all!," he blushed and looked down," I just think you're really adorable."

I swear to god, he can melt my heart in a second.

I hugged him again, "I love you so much."

I felt him lift my chin and he leaned down and I felt his soft lips touch mine. He pulled away after a couple seconds and smiled.

"We should start heading over to pick Haru up now." I nodded and he laced his fingers with mine as we walked out the house.

We walked into Haru's house since he was probably in the bath.

"I'm gonna start making Haru some mackerel, can you go get him out of the bath?" Makoto asked me as he put an apron on.

Hot.

"Sure!" I made my way to the bathroom and knocked on the door.

"Haru, it's (Y/N). I'm coming in." I didn't hear a response so I walked in.

As expected Haru was sitting in the bath playing with a dolphin keychain. He looked up and shook his head, "No, I'm not getting out."

I grabbed his arm and tried to pull him out," come on Haruka we're gonna be late on the first day!"

"But the water, I hear it calling me. It's so lonely." His eyes looked at the bath water with a longing look.

"Haru, I know a body of water that needs you more, the pool at school! It's already fil-" He cut me off but walking out of the bathroom.

"I'll be ready in a couple seconds." I giggled as I watched him walk away.

I made my way to Makoto and hugged him from behind, "I got Haru out of the bath Mako."

"How did you do that?" He said jokingly and I giggled.

"I told him that the pool at school was waiting for him." We both laughed and Haru walked in and sat down to eat.

After Haru ate, we made are way to school.

"So Haru, are you excited for school?" I held hands with Makoto while Haru walked on the other side of him.

"No. I just want to be free." He looked at the ocean and I giggled.

"Typical Haru. What about you mako?" I looked up at him.

He smiled, "I'm excited! I just hope we're all in the same class."

We arrived at the school and got our classes.

"Yes!! We're in the same class!" I jumped up and down and laughed.

Makoto was about to say something when we heard someone running down the hall.

"(Y/N)-CHAN! MAKO-CHAN! HARU-CHAN!" Nagisa tackled us into a hug and looked up at us.

"I'm so excited! We're gonna get so many new members and Rei- Chan can become a better swimmer!" He spun around excited and I laughed.

"We can start all that after school at the meeting ok?"

Everyone stopped and look at Makoto. Am I missing something?

"Um did I miss something important?" I ask confused.

Nagisa smirked, "No~ just go to the pool after school and everyone will meet you there."

I nodded but I had no idea why everyone acted so weird for a minute.

After school ended Makoto went down to the pool while I got some stuff sorted for my new teacher. When I finally finished I made my way down to the pool to only see Kou standing there with a bag.

"Where is everyone?" I asked as I walked over to her.

"Secret~ Now come along, I have to get you ready!" She grabbed my arm and pulled me into the dressing room.
She opened the bag to reveal a beautiful (F/C) sundress.

"Kou! It's so pretty! But why do I have to wear it?" I started to undress and put the dress on.

"Makoto planned a little surprise for you today but that's all I can tell you!" She pretended to zip her lips shut and I laughed.

After I got the dress on we made our way to Haru's house.

When we walked in, the delicious smell of food hit me and Rei approached us.

"Right this way." He escorted me to the table and it had (F/M) (favorite meal) on it.

My eyes shined and Makoto walked in dress in a suit and he hugged me from behind.

"I wanted to surprise you because today last year was the day we met." He kissed my cheek and he pulled my seat out for me to sit in.

I died inside, he remembered the day we met and he did all this for me. This guy is literally the definition of perfection.

After we are Makoto laced his hand with mine and pulled me outside. I silently went along with it until we were at the beach and he stopped and turned around.

"Why did you bring me here?" I looked over the sea, it was so beautiful at night.

"Because I wanted to give you this." He held up a necklace that was shaped as a heart and the back of it had and engrave saying 'I love you'.

I gasped and hugged Makoto. "I love it so much! I love you so much! You're the best!"

He smiled and helped me put the necklace on and I gave him a big hug.

This year was gonna be great! :)
