First love! Makoto x reader [COMPLETED]

Back at it Again

Sadly our Christams break came to an end and we had to go back today. We just had to stop at Makoto's house first to say goodbye to them and tell them about the engagement.

We entered the house, "We're back!" Makoto called out and the twins came running in from the living room.

"Welcome back!" Ran beemed and gave us each a hug.

Ren being quiet and shy as always just tugged on my arm as if he wanted to be picked up.

I laughed and picked him up into a hug. I walked into the kitchen to see Makoto's mom and dad in there cooking together.

I set Ren down and Makoto took his place next to me.

"Mom, dad. We have something we need to tell you." Makoto said and they both stopped what they were doing and looked at us.

I held up my left hand, "Makoto and I are engaged now."

Ran squealed, "So you're my official sister now?!"

I nodded and she smiled so big, "I totally called it the first day Makoto brought you home!"

Makotos parents looked really surprised but happy, they both came over and hugged us.

"I'm glad you are officially apart of the family (F/N)." Mrs. Tachibana said with a smile.

"Thank you Mrs. Tachibana!" I replied excitedly.

"Please call us mom and dad if you're comfortable with it!" Makoto's dad smiled and I nodded.

"Well we have to catch a bullet train soon, so we have to go." Makoto finally spoke up.

His parents nodded and we headed to the door which already had our suitcases by it.

"Wait! I have to give (F/N) something!" Ran ran upstairs and came back down a couple minutes later holding a present.

"You can open it on the train!" She said and I hugged her tightly and thanked her.

We said our goodbyes and headed to the train station.

I took my seat next to Makoto on the train finally and got the present out.

"Do you have any idea what it is?" I whispered to Makoto.

"No, I was actually surprised Ran did this." He said sheepishly.

"Well I guess we'll find out." I unwrapped the present to see a big scrapbook.

It took me to realize but it was the weddings plan book she forced me to make with her a long time ago.

"What's that?" Makoto asked.

I blushed a little, "Well, a long time ago. When we first started dating, Ran forced me to make a scrapbook with her that were filled with ideas for our wedding."

He blushed a little too, "Can I see?"

I nodded and handed it to him. He flipped through looking at all the colors me and her picked and all the dress ideas we found.

Then I realized she added a whole new section in the back.

It was filled with pictures of Makoto and I. In the bottom corner there was a note.

(F/N), I thought you might want this book for ideas on your wedding with my onii-chan. Kou gave me all these pictures by the way. I love you!
-Your new little sister.

Makoto and I read the note and I smiled really big.

"How does Kou have this many pictures of us?" Makoto chuckled and I laughed awkwardly.

"You have no idea how long she shipped us." I mentioned thinking about all the plans she had to get us together.

"Really? I never knew." He was a little surprised.

"Well, let me think of an example. Remember that first movie night we had before we started dating?" I asked him.

He nodded, "And I accidentally fell asleep hugging you." He blushed a little bit and I nodded.

"Yeah that whole night Kou had been planning different ways to get us together." I laughed at the memories.

"Do you know why she started shipping us in the first place?" He asked curiously and I blushed a tiny bit more.

I buried my face in the book and talked quietly, "Because I told her your back muscles were really nice."

Makoto blushed, "R-really?"

I nodded and he chuckled then he leaned over and whispered into my ear, "Well I think you're beautiful."

I blushed and looked up at him. He gave me a quick kiss on the lips and we continued to look at the book.

"Makoto, we need to talk about when we're gonna have the wedding." I said as I put the book away.

"I was thinking that too. Maybe we could have it right after we graduate college." He offered and I nodded.

"Yeah, because when we get married I want it to be the start of a new life. Not the same college life we've been doing." I replied as I leaned my head on his shoulder.

He wrapped his arm around me, "You know, I was gonna wait another year to propose but I couldn't wait another day without being able to call you my wife."

I blushed, "I'm glad you asked! You've made me the happiest girl in the world."

"Plus now all the guys can see that you're mine." He said as he touched the ring on my finger.

I smiled, "I can't wait to tell Saki, she's gonna freak out."

Makoto laughed, "Yeah I bet she will, and I'm sure this news will be in the magazine soon."

I yawned and closed my eyes, "I hope it is, well I'm gonna sleep for the rest of the ride. Night Makoto."

"Goodnight my love." He kissed the top of my head and I slowly fell asleep.

Sorry this chapters horrible >.< I wanted to post something so badly. I've been writing in little time periods when I can think straight and stuff. I'm glad I got one done finally!
