Chapter 33. "Until I Met You"

I start walking down the altar, eyes all on me. I must admit i'm hella nervous right now, i've never had so much attention on myself... nevermind; as i keep walking down the altar i see my parents crying and smiling, so is henry and belle.

Then i see him, i see killian standing as perfect as he'll can ever be, i finally join him and the first thing that he says is "i did it" i look at him in a confused look "what do you mean?" i asked. "Remember when we were in neverland and i told i would win your heart?, i did" oh indeed you did. I didn't said anything but smiled at him.

"Now, may the ceremony begin" i heard my father say and it all became real, this is real emma you are getting married. "Who wants to start reading their vows?" I look at killian, meaning for him to start, and so did he. We laughted and he finally said "i'll go".

"What i'm about to say isn't easy at all to put into words, but i did and here it is; the first time i saw you emma you were quite of an open book, you didn't want anyone new in your life and neither did i to be honest. When we went on a adventure together, at the beanstalk, and i got to know a little part of you, in that little period of time i realized that the reason i found you so much of an open book was because i was one too, we were so much alike, we both had love and lost, we both fell into the darkness at some point, neither of us had no one that was until i meet you and hopefully you me. Since my time with you in neverland i realized milah wasn't my true love, we was my first love and we know those are difficult to forget but you, you emma swan made me a better men everyday, you tought me that there was more to life than revenge, you made me the man i am today and its because of you emma swan that i want to keep fighting today, tomorrow and until the last day of my life, with you"

Oh jesus am i crying? Yes i am. I'm speechless. "Ummm emma it's your turn now" killian laughed "oh" i did too "sorry, i just was actually thinking about that day in neverland when you told me that you let go of milah until you meet me, remember that?"

"All too well" he simply said

"And i didn't prepared anything really, i just wanted the words to come natural so let see how it goes; since we were talking about that day in neverland i remember that exact same words you said to me in the echo caves "... I didn't thought i could let go of my first love, milah, that was until i meet you" and that being your darkest was the thing that really got me. I perhaps was alredy in love with you then but the realization that you were in love with me frightened the life out of me because as you said i had love and lost again and again that the possibility of it happening again was just a no from me, so wanna know what i did? I built a wall and i let him out, i knocked him out of it, and he didn't gave up. Most of my ex-lovers would have just gave up on me but killian? he wasn't like them, seeing me with my guard up it made him want to fight more and more for me and that was something i didn't saw in a long time. In conclusion i just wanted to say killian when you meet me my walls were up but you brought them down, you brought me home, home to you. And i love you killian jones"

"Since we all are speechless now, may i just say. Emma swan and killian jones i pronounce you wife and husband" dad said crying "you may kiss the bride now"

And he did, killian kissed me and we were officially married. This was the very end of the beggining but the very begging of the end, of our life together.

and that was it, days, weeks, months passed; of joy, happiness, fights, passion, sadness and all kinds of feelings you can imagine. They couldn't ask for more though because that was what true love felt like.
Nothing's ever perfect but for happily ever after it's worth it.
