My ringtone One In A Million By Aaliyah , went off letting me know that Chris was calling me . I wiped my eyes , and pressed answer .
Me - Hello . I said in a groggy voice .
Chris - Damn , you sound bad . He laughed . I cleared my throat .
Me - Goodmorning Chris . I said getting up walking over to the full length mirror on the door of my walk in closet .
Chris - Morning Babe . I rolled my eyes , I still wonder why he calls me that , oh well .
Me - Wassup though ?
Chris - Im coming home tonight though & I wanna take you out with me tonight . I blushed , Im happy he couldn't see me right now I know my is red as hell .
Me - Aight bet , what time ? I said , walking into the closet , searching for my black sweat pants .
Chris - 8 ishhh .
Me - Aight ' bet bye .
Chris - Aight , dueces . I hung up the phone & looked at my facebook , I was reading all my messages mostly from creeps saying ' wassup ma , or can I get yo number .' I rolled my eyes , & I got a text from Chris .
Chrissy<3 - Dont keep daddy waiting I dont wanna have to punish you ;p [8:30am]
Me - Lol , please stop calling yourself daddy & dont flatter yourself sweetheart , you cant handle all this ;* [8:32am]
Chrissy<3 - You know you want me to put it down . [8:32am]
Me - Lol Nahh im doing just fine like this . [8:33am]
Chrissy<3 - Stop fronting on ya daddy you know you want me . [8:35am] I walked over and sat back on my bed laughing at Chris' message .
Me - Stop calling yourself that && I dont want nothing you have to offer all this . [8:35am]
Chrissy<3 - You sure cause' I got a lot to offer . [8:36am] I laughed, he is too freaky . This is what our daily conversations were like just to friends playing around with each other .
Me - Man whatever, im about to go shower cause' I got practice at 11:30 , but imma text you later though . [8:37am]
Chrissy<3 - Alritee lemme know when u get out of practice. [8:37am]
I put my phone on the charger , stripped out of my clothes and got in the shower . After a long hot shower , I got out & wrapped my towel around my soaking wet body . I walked into my room , & went straight for the walk in closet . I grabbed my red basketball shorts & my black sweat pants . I put my basketball shorts and on top of that I put my sweat pants , red nike sports bra and I through on a wife beater which was see through but nobody not seeing nothing really , I tucked in my shirt . I put my curly hair into 2 french braids . I brought the braids over my shoulders where I could see the blonde tips at the end . I put on my bred 11s and put on my necklace that is a little gold basketball hoop with the number 6 on it . I packed my addias gym bag with , my Charles Barkley purple sneakers to play in , 2 bottles of gatorade , a towel , my jersey , a mouth gaurd and my elbow brace . I grabbed my phone & went downstairs to the kitchen . It was 10:11am I texted one of my teammates Rebecca & asked if she needed a ride while making a bowl of captin crunch berries .
Me - Hey , Becky you need a ride ? I typed with one hand , using my free hand to eat some cereal .
Rebecca - Hey & yeah sure .
Me - Aight imaa be there in about 10 mins .
Rebecca - Kayy , thankss Slim Jim !! I laughed its funny she is the only person to call me Slim Jim , everyone else is just Slim , but she is different . She is tall , light skinned , with long jet black hair , she is really cool , she speaks her mind , she is definetly a fighter , she is loud , but down to earth when she wanna be .
Me - Lol no prob hunny bunny ! I put my bowl in the sink , grabbed my car keys & gym bag and headed out the door .
* Skips Car Ride . At Rebecca's House *
I saw Becky come out the door running with her pink and white Kevin Durant sneakers , her hair in a high bun with addias sweat pants & a pink crop top on carrying her gym bag over her shoulders . She got into the car & hugged me .
Rebecca - Heyy bitch wassup ?? She said pulling away from the hug to put her seat belt on .
Me - Becky you know how it is basketball , school , homework , test , projects , and all that other bullshit ! I said pulling off driving to the school .
Rebecca - Awww Slim Jim stressed out . She replied patting my shoulder lightly .
Me - Hell yeah .
Rebecca - Shit I know coach Reeves been up my ass about everything I do . She plaing with her chain that she has just like mine but number 32 on it .
Rebecca - He'd say some dumb shit like you aint running enough or if your going to be on this team , you going to have to work harder since you shooting gaurd James . She said immitating our Coach's voice . I laughed .
Me - Same here girl , same here . Shaking my head & turning the car into this school's big ass parking lot . I parked the car , we got out & walked to the other side of the school where the gym is .
Rebecca - I swear , this is one big ass school man . She complained , as we continued to through this big ass parking lot . I laughed .
Me - Shit I know what you talking about girl . We continued to walk for about 3 minutes once we got ot the gym we headed straight for the locker rooms to change . This going to be a long practice .
* Skips Practice *
Rebecca & Danielle walked up to me as I sat on the bench with my towel over my head trying to catch my breath .
Danny - Yo I fucking stink im bout to hit the showers . She said reaching for her bag .
Becky - Slim you aight ? I nodded drinking some gatorade . Coach made me run 45 suicides by myself since im point gaurd , like what the fuck .
Me - Im aight , ima just go home , im feeling a little light headed .
Becky - Okay boo , im drop by later and check up on you but imaa caught a ride with Kev . Kevin is her boyfriend they been dating since we started going here .
Me - Okay . I grabbed my bag stuffing everything in it I took off my jersey & my wife beater Im so hot right now it aint even funny . I walked quickly to the parking lot . When I finally got to my car I got in and drove straight home .
