~after the halftime show~

"Wasn't the band performance great?" Olivia asked with a small chuckle as the band walked off the field.

"Yeah sure, besides the fact that we owe you two drinks," I answered, hinting a bit of sarcasm.

Andrew nodded his head in agreement, causing Trevor and Olivia to laugh.

"Hey, it's not our fault you guys didn't find all four of them before us," Olivia pointed out.

I sighed and rolled my eyes, "Whatever."

I honestly didn't care, but eventually, we all just laughed at each other. That's when Trevor turned to Olivia.

"Hey Olivia, I'm in the mood for a Dr. Pepper. What about you?" Trevor asked, looking back and forth from Olivia to me and Andrew.

Olivia placed her hand on her chin and thought for a moment, "I'm craving one of those orange sodas."

Andrew nudged me and looked as if he was about to laugh.

"You mean Crush?"

Oh, I see where he's going with this.

"Which is what you have on Trev-"

Before I could finish, Olivia interrupted my sentence by shoving me. It wasn't a playful shove either.

"Shhhh!"

Because of that shove, I lost my balance and kind of stumbled backwards.

It was a good thing Andrew was right behind me. If he wasn't, I'm pretty sure I would've been on the floor by now..

"Whoa there, Tal," Andrew chuckled, holding my shoulders to help me rebalance.

Because of that, I felt my face warming up. "Thanks Andrew," I said with a small smile.

"Oh, and thanks a lot Olivia," I added while shooting her a glare.

"You're welcome," She replied, giving me a wink. Before I could say anything, Andrew pulled me towards the stairs.

"Okay.. we're going to the snack bar now," He announced as we went up the steps.

When Olivia and Trevor gave us a nod, we picked up the pace and soon arrived to where the snack bars were.

There were a lot of people up here since it was halftime, especially in the snack bar line.

"Aw, the line's long," I whined, letting out a sigh.

"It's fine, Talia. We can wait," Andrew replied with a smile, keeping things positive.

I slightly nodded my head and smiled back.

Okay..

~

While we were waiting in line, the sun was beginning to set and the sky was getting dark.

And because it was getting dark, it was starting to get cold, which wasn't a good thing for me.

Darn it, I should've took Dad's advice and brought a jacket.

Suddenly, Andrew placed his warm hand on my bare arm. "Hey Talia, are you cold?" He asked.

"Huh? Oh.. um kind of," I answered, not even realizing I was rubbing my arm.
