Bodies were packed together beneath flashing lights and shadows. Women in short dresses and shinning makeup did their best to dance and hold their drinks without spilling them as we all walked to the bar. "I'll have two shots of Vodka." I said holding up two fingers to get his attention. His eyes grazed me slowly before he nodded and grabbed two shot glasses. "It's almost like he-" I stopped. Feeling as though everyone around me moved slower, talked softer, almost silent. "Woah." I breathed.

Black jeans clung tightly to fit legs, and a shinning black tank top hung loosely against her chest. Her hair was down and it made her eyes glow in a way that almost seemed impossible. "Sorry i'm late." She said casually, her hair falling in her face.

She went to mover her bangs, but she missed some so i slowly reached forward and tucked the strand of hair behind her left ear. "Thanks." She whispered. I didn't hear her say it over the music, i could see her mouth the word. Her lips curving into a smile afterward. "Would you like a drink?" I asked before finishing mine. "What?" She said moving closer to hear me.

I leaned close and said," I said would you like a drink?"

"Mmm." She said with a nod. "I'll have what you're having." I laughed but held up two, knowing this will make my second round. He poured four shots, two going to her and two going to me. Tonight will be interesting indeed.

I downed my shots and watched her expression change as she took hers. Her face exposing the fact that she must not drink often. Either that or Vodka just isn't her drink. "Gah, i um, haven't drank that in quite some time." I simply laughed with her. Noticing that her guard was slipping. "Want to dance?"

Everyone nodded and walked over to the floor except the two of us. She held up her hand and again we were handed four shots. "Sorry, i need a boost to dance in public."
