21: Big bruder Prussia

"What do you mean they plan on killing me once and for all? They can't do that unless they know where my country is." I said.

"Yes, but you see they plan on killing you the slow way. What they are planning on doing is crushing your heart so your capital city falls. Once that's done they can start destroying you piece by piece." Natrista told me and I gasped.

"Th... but..." I couldn't seem to form a sentence. I was so shocked and afraid for the people inhabiting Talter, my capital city. Zoey was there and so were the people that were visiting from other countries.

"Wh- who plans on crushing her heart?" Italy asked. He seemed just as shocked as I was.

"Either Denmark or Germany." Natrista said and I could see that she was trying to hide just how scared she was for me.

Italy and America gasped.

"Listen, nobody's themselves, that was including you guys, Spain and Romano. You can't blame them, if they had control we all know they wouldn't be doing this." I said trying to reassure Italy and America. They didn't need to go and ditch their friends just because of what they were being forced to do.

"How come you weren't affected by this?" America asked.

"Because unlike you, we had never fought in war." I said. Even when I was little and lived on the main land I never fought. Even when I was ambushed and people tried to dissolve my country before I even claimed independence.

"Guards kill them." I heard someone command. My eyes widened and I ran towards the man. Even though I was small, I needed to try and protect my people.

"If you want to kill them you're going to have to go through me!" I said and pulled out my dagger. The guards all laughed.

"You're so small. What threat could you possibly be?"

"Why don't you come and find out?" I asked. One laughed and came at me. I dodged him easily and he almost tripped. I was going to threaten these people until help came, that was if it came.

"Why you little-" He came at me again and I ran behind a near by tree. He followed only for him to die. Prussia had been there and killed the man who came at me.

"I guess the surprise is gone." Prussia said and I shook my head.

"They don't know they're surrounded by your men yet." I whispered and ran out from behind the tree. "I told you that you're going to have to go through me." As I said that their comrade fell into view.

"Ooh so what? That one against you. What's going to happen if there's ten men against one?" The lead guy asked.

"And what's ten against twenty?" Prussia asked as he came into view. I smiled and that's when his men came into view as well.

That's when it started. Prussia's men put up a good fight but they slowly started to fall as more of the enemies men appeared. Prussia was soon holding two men off by himself and spared me a look. He had sadness written across his face.

"Ryer (Ryer is what Ryter was originally called), run." He said and I did. I ran as far as I could until someone blocked my path. I looked up at them with wide eyes filled with tears. I knew this was going to be it for me.

He lunged forwards and his sword sank into my chest with ease. I gasped and he pulled his sword out. I was struggling to breath as pain filled me and blood started to pour. More tears streaming down my face.

"Ryer!" Prussia called. He rushed towards me and quickly killed the man who had stabbed me. Prussia knelt beside me and stroked my hair after putting my head in his lap.

"I'm going to die, aren't I, big bruder?" I asked and he shook his head, I swear I could see tears in his eyes.

"You're not going to die, you can't. You're my Schwester, you're too awesome to die." Prussia said and I couldn't help but smile.

"You're right, I am too awesome to die. I- I just need to find land somewhere else and new citizens." I said.

"You can have some of mine, Ryer. They'll take care of you too." He said and suddenly I felt him move away. I looked at him through heavy eyelids and saw as he was being dragged away. I tried to go after him but a wave of pain hit me and then everything went black.

The next time I woke up, I was on my side of the island. When I had made it to the main land I planned on seeing Prussia again but the two times I tried I had ended up bringing countries to my land so they wouldn't die.

Even though I had teased those men that day, I had never actually fought. Sure I had almost died because of that it at least it meant something now. If I had fought that day, I'd probably be taking over the world and Doing the dirty work of a few bad people.

'They call themselves skurkar.' Hundan said and America and Italy gasped hearing Hundan's voice in their heads.

"Is that normal?" Italy asked.

"For Hundan, yes." I said and suddenly there were more footsteps coming down the hall. I looked up and saw as Prussia walked towards us.

"What are you doing talking to the prisoner?" He asked and I answered for the three of them.

"They were trying to get me to tell them who Ryer was. Remember the little nation who you tried to save? She was your first sibling, wasn't she?" I asked and I watched as his eyes cleared as well.

I knew he didn't know that I was once Ryer, and I guess it was better that way for now. I would though tell him one day. But he seemed shocked at hearing me talk about Ryer. I was actually older then I told people. I had only started keeping track of my birthdays April 7th 900, the day I became Ryter.

"How do you know about her?" Prussia asked shocked.

"There's no time to explain. Now if you would be awesome, you're going to help us find out a way to get everyone back to normal."
