"Where do you think they are?" Natrista asked me. I looked at her and thought for a second.

"I feel as if they would be somewhere within Europe. I don't know how long we were out, but it couldn't have been that long." I said.

"I don't know why, but I feel like Spain would be a good place to check. It has a lot of free moving space there."

  "Okay we'll check there."

"What... are they doing?" I whispered to Natrista. We were currently hiding in the bush I had pulled her in. It's just that when I saw all the missing countries, I felt as if something was wrong. And it felt right to hide.

"It looks as if they're training." She told me as we watched most of the countries run laps. Some how Italy was up near the front slowly getting farther and farther ahead of everyone else. I had seen Italy at training and this wasn't it.

"There's something wrong with them. I don't know what but there is." I said and Natrista nodded.

"Could it have to do with the mist?"

"Probably." I agreed and suddenly Natrista stood. "What are you doing?" I asked her.

"I'm going to go find out what's going on. You stay here, just in case." She said and my eyes widened. Usually it would be me telling her to stay, not the other way around.

"Fine, just be careful, and if anything goes wrong just tell me." I said and she nodded before making her way down the hill. Once she was at the bottom people in white came and grabbed an arm each. I was about to get up and run to help her when her voice stopped me.

'Ryter, stay there. I'm going to see if I can find anything out from these people.' Natrista said through our mental link. People didn't know we had one, but it came with the fact that we didn't really have a so called proper border.

'Fine, but if I don't hear from you in two hours I'm doing something.' I promised her.

'I wouldn't expect anything less.' She said. And I could practically hear her smirk.

So for about the next two hours, I sat there watching everyone train. I was trying to find out what was wrong with them when everyone stopped. They all turned to look at the doors to the building that Natrista was lead into. And now she was being led back out.

"Welcome the new member of the army." One of the people wearing white announced. "Natrista may not be a well known country but she has proven herself to be worthy. But if she steps out of line, don't be afraid to put her back in. Weather it hurts her or not."

"Yes sir." The crowd all said in union. For some reason that sent shivers down my spine. All of this wasn't right, it was as if they didn't have a free will to do what they wanted to anymore.

'What's going on?' I asked Natrista.

'These people are planning world domination. They plan one moving out tomorrow. You need to stop them or else we'll all die. Once the whole world is taken over there will be no more counties, just one super country.' She told me.

'Wait, you said I need to stop them. What happened to you? Won't you help me?' I asked. She couldn't just leave this all to me. How was I supposed to stop a whole army?

'Riley, I wish I could help you, but my work needs to be done from the inside. They put a tracking device in my arm in case I try to run away. I can't leave.' She said. My eyes widened and it felt as if my breath was stolen from my lungs.

'They did that to everyone, didn't they?'

  'Yes.'

'T- then what do I do?'

'I'm sorry Riley, but it may be time to construct an army. Not only people from our countries, but from people all over the world. Stop them from getting to North and South America. Because if that happens, it's all over.'

'B-but... I'll try. Even if it isn't my thing to be the hero, I will try.'

'Ryter, you've been the hero multiple times. Even if you didn't realize it. Now you better go. It's all up to you since Switzerland and Liechtenstein have to take care of Zierstien.' She said and I gulped.

'That's a lot on one plate for one person.' I said.

'Yes, but you are not alone. You never are no matter what you may think.'

I took a deep breath and nodded. Then I crept away from there and into the nearest town. I needed to collect some citizens of Spain. As long as they had citizens alive, the country would not die. And that's exactly what I needed to make sure happened. All the countries needed to live.
