Running from Fate

Fear

The Beta turned around looking at his Men.

" John and Conner, Your with me. Alex, Neal, and Stephen. You guys follow behind, meet us at the pact house" They all nodded showing they understood.

The Guy named John was the one driving, while Conner sat on my left, and Luke on my right gripping my Hand still, not letting go. The beta was in the passenger seat, once we started moving he would look at us through the review mirror occasionally and i would just stare back.

Within 30 minutes we arrived at the pact house. The guys Alex, Neal, and Stephen were already here waiting for our arrival. Once the car came to a stop everyone got out but us, having them opening the door signaling us to get out. Luke got out first, then he reached his arms out to pick me up and gently put me on the ground. With him being 6'2, and me 5'6 i was small compared to him.

"Never leave me side, if they separate us it will be okay. Just do what we always have been doing and lie. Tell them my name is Tobias, and your name is Nova. Tell them we were going to hunt up north, followed by a few other rogues. I will figure out some way for us to get out, i won't let them hurt us" he mind linked me. I squeezed his hand twice, letting him know i got the message.

Honestly i am scared to leave Luke. I never been separated from him for to long, at most a day. Even when we were young i was constantly around him, or when he had his mate Cassidy, i was always around because she loved me like a little sister. I always relied on Luke, we are always around each other i can't separate from him, i will panic, and he knows i can't be away from him for to long.

They lead us into the house. The place was huge and beautiful, i haven't been to a nice house since i was at my old pack house. Everything in this house looked expensive, and it was so big majority of the pack had to live here.

" Separate them, and take them in for  questioning. I will go talk to the alpha" the beta then left us, having his men separate us. One of them tried to rip our hands apart, but i gripped tighter, not willing to let go.

"Don't fight, remember what i told you" I started at Luke and he just gave me a kiss on the forehead.

Don't leave me, I thought to myself.

" Alright you two lets go" the big guy Neal said, pushing us away from each other. 3 of them took Luke, while 2 stayed with me. He gave me one last glance before they took him to this long hallway, while me and the 2 guys Stephen and John started walking the opposite direction.

My mind was running, fear was in me heart. Whats going to happen next ? I had no idea what to do. I always had Luke do things, and i just followed behind. I depend on him to much, way to much.

I was following behind the two men, when they suddenly came to a stop at these two large double doors. Stephen held the door for me, while John pushed me in. Rude much ?

" Alpha will be here in a few minutes " John roughly said, then leaving slamming the door behind him.

Alpha !?

If these guys are bad, imagine their leader.

I sat down on the couch, i started becoming anxious. I've been checking the time every few minutes. 5 minutes passed, then 15, now 20 minutes went by and still, nothing. My head has been hurting, maybe because the lack of sleep i've been getting, especially from those nightmares. I laid down, the couch was actually comfy. I buried myself  in the couch, dozing off to sleep.

" Get up ! Hurry and get up ! Alpha doesn't like being kept waiting !" My body kept being violently shaking. When my eyes fluttered open, i forgot where i was for a second. Then everything hit me so fast, me and Luke was taken away, then we were separated. I was now facing a very angry John staring down at me, someone needs to chill.

" Hurry up you stupid rouge ! " I clenched my fist, i was ready to attack. But i stopped myself remembering what Luke told me.

Don't Fight

I calmed myself, and obeyed what he said. Once i followed him out the door, there stood Stephen. He gave me a small smile, and i replied the same kindness. So far he is the only gentle one, he looked about 19, a year older then me. He had dirty blond hair, dark blue eyes, and seemed about 6'1. He was cute honestly, but he is still one of them. 

" Walk faster ! Stupid Mutt" John's large hands roughly pushed me, causing me to fall and roughly hit the wall.

"I see why no one wanted you. You're slow and pathetic"

I began shaking in anger. How dare he ? He barley knows a damn thing about me or where i'm from.

" John, stop she-"

" Shut the hell up pup, this is how you keep people in line, don't make me check you too" John was now in Stephens face. You can tell Stephan wanted to fight back, but couldn't because John would easily take the win.

But i didn't give a damn, i got tired of this. I pushed myself up and grabbed a lamp that was on my right side, then with much force i knocked it into Johns head. He wasn't unconscious, but he was unsteady. Before he could make another move, i roundhouse kicked him, causing him to fall over landing on his back. I quickly jumped on him and tangled both my hands together, then putting my arm over my head, i sent a hard blow to his chest casing the wind to be knocked out of him. Then another in his head, then he was out just like that.

I turned to see shock on Stephan's face. I quickly ran to him, helping him up.

" Thank you"

I just shook my head no, knowing what i was going to do next he probably won't be giving me nice smiles anymore.

"Sorry but i don't know if i can trust you"

He looked confused, he was about to say something but i kneed him in the stomach before he even got a chance to speak. He leaned over trying to grasp for air, but i kicked him on his side really hard.

"Thanks for your help, but i no longer need it"

He gave me a look of sorrow, i felt really bad, i really did. But i sent him one last hard blow in his temple, causing him to knock out.
