Running from Fate

Lifeless

All my eyes could view was three things

Black

Red

And white

The room was black, but through that i could see a pair of red eyes. Red eye's that only belonged to Silas, he was furious. His eye's alone made my legs weak, it seemed as if he was ready to lash out at any moment.

But what i also saw in this black room was a white body. The body was Luke's and he was pale, i'm not even sure he was a alive. He didn't move, i don't even think he's breathing, he's lifeless.

Silas being mad was scary, but not as scary as letting my friend die. At this point i didn't care. I sprinted towards Luke, not even glancing towards my angry mate.

"Luke !" I ran towards him. I latched onto his body, turning his body over to face me.

Once i looked at him i started crying. His body was badly beaten up, his face was bruised really badly. His eye's were puffy, his lips swollen, and little purple bruises plastered on his face.

What has he done ?

"Please, Luke please wake up" I was sobbing, slowly shaking Luke back and forth. I could hear his heart slowly, but i wanted him to wake up. I wanted him to look at me.

"Luke look i'm here. You can wake up now" i kept on shaking, and i still got nothing from him.

"Please! Please wake up!"

My tears were basically like a water fall. I couldn't stop crying, i couldn't even get my breathing right. I latched myself onto him, having a tight embrace around his body.

I herd foot steps coming our way. I didn't dare turn around and face the monster, I didn't have the guts to look at him.

" Get her out of here" I whirled around giving Silas a death stare, and his cold eyes gave me the stare. Soon I see two men coming towards us, and all I did was hold Luke tighter.

"Don't put your filthy hands on us!" I was pushing the both of us back. I couldn't fight, i still had no energy. But I had to try.

" I asked you not to hurt him! Thats the only thing i asked from you. He did nothing to deserve this, he was only protecting me!" My voice was very raspy, i tried talking while holding back tears.

Silas said nothing at all, as his men slowly started approaching us. As they came closer, i held onto Luke even tighter.

This is it

They are going to take me away from him again

There is no other way for us to escape this pack. I have no energy to run, and Luke is unconscious. We have no choice to but to stay here, but I refuse to call that monster my mate and show him any affection.

He won't gain my love
