Chapter 1 - How Dare He!

Jay and I walk down the hall, "I hate school."

"Why?" I laugh.

"Because the people here are idiots, other than you, Brianna and Zoe."

"What about Jake?" I smirk.

"Sky.. No please."

"Well I ship Jenake."

"Don't use my full name!"

"What, Jennifer?"

"I'd rather Jay and you know that."

"Hm, come to think of it, me too."

We laugh and head to the cafeteria.

We walk past the 'girls' table.

"Oh look it's Jennifer" Anreta smirks.

"Please go to your mum and tell her to change your name.. 'Anreta' .. Seriously..? What are you, Egyptian?" I say.

Lilly lets out a small speck of laughter.

"Shut up Lilly."

".. Right, sorry."

Anreta looks back at me, "I think 'Jennifer' can talk for herself."

"That's Jay to you." Jay glares at her.
We walk away.

"They annoy the hell out of me!" Yells Jay.

"I know.." I sigh.

Jake come's over, "Hey guys."

"Uh hi." I say.

Jake looks at Jay, "Uh.. Jay, we have science together and uh, we need a partner so would you be my partner?"

"Yeah sure"

"Jenake Jenake!!" I yell.

Jay kicks me under the table, "Yea I think Sky swallowed a lollie too big for her mouth"

"Too big for my mouth..?" I give a 'really?' look at Jay.

"Alright, well I'll catch you later, bye." He walks off.

Jay looks at me.

"Jenake..?" I say helplessly.

She tries to hide her smiling.

"I knew it! You love it when I say Jenake."

Brianna sits down.
"Hey Bri." Says Jay.

"Hey, I finally finished maths, ugh I hate it."

"Don't we all." I drink my water.

"Where's Zoe?"

"She's in history."

"Oh okay."

Jason walks past.

Jay and Brianna smirk at me just when I was about to eat my sandwich.

".. What?"

"Cut the crap Sky, I know you like Jason." Brianna smirks.

"What-- Nah, he's taken by Sydney anyway." I glance over to Jason sitting with Sydney at a table.

"Sorry but.. I SHIP JYLER!!"

"You're only trying to get back at me." I laugh.
Zoe comes over and sits down.

"Zoe!! Finally" says Jay.

"Ok ok, tell me what's new."

"Hm, well I ship Jenake." I say.
