You and I
We're partners in crime
I stole your heart
You stole mineWe go together
Like water and ice
Like paper and pencil
Like cheese and riceWe go together
Like peanuts and jelly
Like popcorn and butter
Like meat and a deliWe go together
Like cookies and milk
Like music and silence
Like cotton and silkI'm not much for words
You know that it's true
Because you know me
And I know youI'm doing my best
But I'm a little shy
You fill me with smiles
Like a big, happy pieI'm writing because
We're both huge nerds
I'm saying I love you
But with a lot more wordsYou know how I feel
You know it's for you
So now I've got one thing
Left to say, that's trueYou and I
We're partners in crime
I stole your heart
And you DEFINITELY stole mine
