When everything is lost
And nothing is right
Remember at all cost
Hope keeps us alive
As we lay crying
Sad and alone
As we lay dying
Remember hope
When you're alone
When everything's wrong
We may not have flown
But hope will survive
Time tests us all
That will not change
But one thing will not fall
It shall remain
Explained in one little word
Nothing more simple
Everyone has heard
That one single word
Hope.
