I walked to my room and opened the door, I grabbed another cuff from inside the drawer. This one was enchanted also, but It does the opposite, when a human puts it on, it turns them into a mermaid, when they take it off they become human again. I walked out and closed my door, I walked out of the castle and walked to the courtyard. I sat down on the ledge of the fountain. I looked out to the forest and smiled. This has to go perfect. Carlos appeared walking out of the school. He was wearing black cargo shorts and a red t-shirt. He spotted me and smiled before walking over. "Different look?" I commented. "It's a lot warmer over here than on the island. So I decided for shorts instead of .....capris." He explained. I laughed. I held the cuff in my hand and grabbed his with my other. "You ready?" I asked. He nodded. "Great!" I chirped and pulled him along quickly towards the tree line. "How are you running so fast in heels?!" He shouted as I pulled him along laughing. "Practice!" I answered smiling. I pulled him through the tree line, into the forest then out into the beach. It was a secret one so it was empty. I smiled. And turned to Carlos. "Are you ready for an adventure?" I asked.

"Ari.... I'm not sure about this.." Carlos trailed as I took off my dress. I was in a bikini so don't have a rack attack. "I do this all the time. Both of my parents are cool with it so yea." I explained and giggled. I turned to Carlos and he was standing there awkwardly in his clothes. "They aren't gonna take themselves off." I said walking over to him. I tugged his shirt up and he came out of his frozen state. He grabbed my hand and smiled. His hand shifted to his shirt and he pulled it over his head. I lightly sucked in a breath. Abs, muscles and oh gosh. Oh dude his arms. That jacket hides his huge arms. He is never wearing the jacket again. I smiled at him. And he shyly smiled back. "Those too." I said pouting at his shorts. His face burned bright red. "Could you-?" He cut himself and made a spiny motion with his hands. I laughed and turned around. I heard the rustling of clothes. "So what do I need to do?" He asked, I was about to turn around but he stopped me immediately. "Don't!" He said. I huffed and held out his cuff. "Get in the water and put it on." I told him. "Close your eyes." He whispered in my ear. Shivers ran down my spine and I closed my eyes. I felt the cuff being taken out of my hand and heard splashes out water. Then it was silent. I opened my eyes and Carlos was in the water the cuff still in his hands and he was waist deep staring at the ocean. "What's wrong?!" I called to him. He turned towards me and looked down before looking back up at me. "I can't swim!" He shouted back. I gasped. "I forgot! I'm so sorry!" I shouted. I jumped into the water and I swam over to him as a normal human would've. I stopped in front of him. "Do you trust me?" I asked. He nodded. I looked down and took a deep breath before taking off my cuff. There was a light that started at my hips and slowly went down as my legs became one tail. He looked down at it in amazement. I smiled. I kept my balance as I was no longer standing. I took his cuff from his hand and took his hand. I slowly put it on his wrist. His eyes met mine and he smiled. I smiled back. And the light started at his hip and traveled down. His tail was a dark red. I looked at his face and he was in shock and awe. I grinned. He looked at me. "Come on." I said grabbing his hand and guiding him to deeper water. I went under water and laughed as I watched him take a breath and swim under. I laughed. His eyes widened and he started freaking out trying to get me to close my mouth. I smiled. "Trust me." I said pulling his hands away from my face. How am I gonna do this? I could kiss him? No. I could punch him? No. Tickle him? He might not be ticklish. His face started turning red. I panicked and kissed him. His eyes widened before they fluttered close. I smiled slightly and closed my eyes. I slowly started making my way down his neck and he was trying his best to not breath. I huffed and started nipping at his neck. Then he groaned. I immediately pulled away and looked at his eyes. He realized what he did and gasped covering his mouth. I bit my lip. "It's ok." I told him. He breathed in hesitantly. Then his eyes widened. "I can breath underwater?" He asked. "Took you long enough." I smirked. "Why didn't you just tell me?" He asked. "Cause that was more fun." I winked and swam down. "Where are you going?!" He called. "Race ya!" I shouted. I took off and swam behind a rock. He started swimming as fast as he could in the direction I was. He was really good for his first time swimming. He passed by me and I snuck behind him I was about to try and scare him but he grabbed my wrist and pulled my into his arms holding me to his chest. I squeaked with wide eyes. He chuckled in my ear and kissed right below my ear before pulling away and swimming forward slightly. Leaving me stunned. "You coming?" I heard him ask. I turned around and there he was a few feet away. I smiled and caught up with him. And then we were off to see my parents. And I was happy.
