Chance: I can control people's likelihood to do things and there CHANCE of getting it done. So I control people's chance, hence my name. And I can open borders into other dimensions making it easy to go place to place. But I barely use my magic because it's so tiring. I'd be really OP if I had full power to do this stuff but I need to recharge for a while if I use magic for 3 or so hours nonstop. Yeah. And my eyes are a question mark and a exclamation mark.
