Well I've actually put thought into time-stopping magic because two of my OCs can control time.(and one is in an almost fully made trio of people who can control stuff.) and I came up with this...
Well...
First: His stopwatch can stop time AND make him resistant to the effects of others stopping time as long as he's holding the stopwatch.
Second: When he stops time other time controllers/stoppers(/chasers. Lol jk) are resistant to time stopping.
Third: His stopwatch is a clock that well... Stops when he presses the top part thing...
Fourth: there are various items that can make anyone resist time-stopping.
Fifth: If you are touching Cinder in any way when he stops time then you'll be resistant to the effects of time-stopping. Same goes for any time controller.
Sixth: You don't get any older if stop time no matter how long you stop time for.
