I got up from the table and rushed out into the hallway. I ran to my locker and started to cry. How could I have been so stupid? If he had done it once, he would do it again. This life wasn't working out. I remember the first day we moved here, and the adoring look Josh had when he saw Sadie. I shook my head and wiped the tears from my face. I was going to delete him from my life permanently. He brought me nothing in life but pain and misery.
I was officially done with him. And now that I was, I looked over at Sadie and Lance who were walking out as well holding hands and laughing.
Why couldn't I have what they did?
