Adopted

The carnival

-Nelly-

   I excused myself from the table full of food and awkward stares. I went back up to my room. Well the room i slept in. I am guessing it is my room because the walls are light pink and on the ceiling there is a big darker pink bow painted. 

      All the furniture was white. My bed was light pink with a big darker pink bow in the middle of the blanket just like on the ceiling. I went and grabbed my bear and sat on my bed. I was hugging the bear and think of my parents until i heard a small knock on my door.

      I sat there for a moment before hopping off my bed and walking to the door. I slowly opened the door and saw Louis standing in my doorway.

    "Nelly, do you want to go to the carnival with us?"

   "Umh, sure." i said quietly.

   "Come on let's find you something to wear." he said while grabbing my hand and walking into my room.

   I let go of his hand and ran to my bag. I pulled out all my clothes i had. I didn't have much. I had a pair of jeans, a sweater, and two shirts. I was already wearing my shorts i have and a tank top.

   "We can go shopping tomorrow for some more clothes." he said looking down at me, i nodded.

   "Come on, lets head down by the rest of the boys." I just nodded once again. He picked me up and i wrapped my legs around his torso and my hands around his neck. He walked down the stairs and into the lounge. He put me down and stood in front of the boys.

   "Ready to go?" This one was different. I haven't heard his voice before. I hid behind Louis. Louis turned around and knelt down next to me.

  "It's ok Nelly belly, its just Zayn, he won't hurt you." Louis whispered in my ear. I nodded and he stood back up. I stayed behind him though.

   "Lets go!" The blonde one shouted.

   "Wait." I said quietly so only Louis can hear me.

   "What is it darling?" He asked why turning around to look at me.

   "What is everyone's names? I forgot." i say shyly.

   "That's Niall," he said pointing to the blonde one. "That's Liam," he pointed to the one with brown eyes and shaggy brown hair. "That's Harry," he pointed to the curly headed one. "And you already know me and Zayn." he said smiling down at me. I just nodded.

  "Which one adopted me?" I ask quietly again.

   "I did." Louis said, grabbing my hand. He smiled at me and i forced a smile back. We all went out side to the car. Louis handed me to Harry, then when Niall got in, Harry handed me to Niall. It was almost like hot potato.

We got to the carnival and all pilled out of the car. I got down and someone grabbed my hand. I flinched and tried to get away. I looked at the person and realized it was only Louis. I sighed in relief.

   "What do you want to go on first?" Liam asked. I just shrugged my shoulders.

   "You don't talk much do you?" Zayn asked me. I shook my head no.

  "It's ok princess, i don't either" he said smiling at me.

We didn't go on many rides because me and Harry are scared of them, also I'm too short to go on many of the rides. Its now getting dark and this was probably the last ride we were going to go on.

      We walked up to the ride. It was huge, on the sign it said "Farris wheel" in big pink blinking letters. You could only go 2 people in each cart, so it was me and Louis, Harry and Niall, and Zayn and Liam. Me and Louis climbed in the first one that came.

    Once we were at the top, the view was beautiful. I was scared to look down because it was high up. The ride stop at the very top. Our cart kept moving back and forth even thought we stopped it. It was rocking really hard now. Louis noticed me tense up and my facial emotions change fast. He slid across so now he was sitting right next to me, holding onto me so i can have comfort.

   The music that was playing stopped and a voice came on.  "We are having some technical difficulties. Please stay seated and it will be about 5 to 10 minutes, thank you." I looked at Louis and he knew i was scared. He pulled me on his lap, he put one arm securely around my small waist to show that i wouldn't get out of his arms and that i was safe, and the other hand took my small hand and played with my fingers.

    "You can sleep if you'd like. Ill wake you up when we star moving again." i just nodded and closed my eyes. Right after i closed my eyes, i instantly fell asleep.
