Chapter 7

As the morning sun light hit my face through the curtains, I went to stretch before opening my eyes. This was proven difficult as it came to my attention that someone was sat on me and pinning me to the bed. Slowly opening my eyes, I saw an angry but cute Danielle looking down at me. Putting on a cheeky smile, I said "well good morning to you too beautiful." She rolled her eyes but kept me stuck to the bed. "I know what you are thinking and why you are mad but I promise no harm will come to you and no one will touch you here" I paused before carrying on to say "that is of course if you don't keep up that cute angry face you have there, I may find it hard to keep my hands of you if you don't stop." I then pulled the biggest grin I could manage while she looked at me trying to look scarier but honestly it was not doing her any favours. Licking my lips, I managed to switch us around so that I was now on top. I watched as her face went from anger to surprised with a slight look in her eyes that showed that she was beginning to panic.

This however did not stop me as my eyes narrowed on her lips as I began to lean in. Danielle's breathing began to pick up as she started to look everywhere and try to get out from my grip."Okay, okay I will stop just please get off of me" Danielle said so quietly it was almost like a whisper. It was also almost like she didn't want me to stop. Sighing, I let go and got up.

After finishing getting ready I had told Danielle that I will not be long and shall be back in a few hours but for the time being, she can watch tv or read a magazine since she was not allowed to leave her room.

Standing outside the door to the office where the Boss is, I started to tremble in nervousness as I knocked on the door. I heard the clicking of her heels as she made her way to the door to open it and let me in. The door opened and I slipped inside and closed the door behind me since she was already walking away back to her desk.

Standing there awkwardly, I waited for her to speak. "Is she here?" She asked. I nodded my head before remembering that she can't see me and spoke up with my voice trembling saying "yes she is here but surely this was too soon for her, she is scared and angry and probably everything else negative and..." "Silence" she shut me up. I immediately did as told.

After awkward moments of silence she turned around with a not so pleasant smile plastered on her face. I gulped, wondering why she was so happy. She then played the poker face and calmly said "do not question my motives or decisions ever again. I took you in and gave you this position and I have the power to send you back to them"
I nodded in shame and fear whilst looking at the ground. When I looked back up, she pointed to the door to signal for me to leave and so I did.

Once I arrived and entered the room in which Danielle is staying in, I found that she was not there. I looked all over the room and the bathroom that is included. That's when I heard the door click and she entered the room. Danielle gave me a confused look but carried on towards the bed. I watched as she sat down on it with her legs up and looked back at me with a smile. When she tapped the space beside her my mind switched off. I was confused, wasn't she mad at me earlier? I slowly made my way to the spot beside her and sat down.

Turns out she had been bored all day since I left because I took so long and all. You would be surprised how long it takes with the boss for what seems like little time. Now we were watching a film which I honestly was not interested in because Danielle was resting her head on my shoulder and her breath was hitting my neck causing goose bumps to appear on my arms.

Eventually the film ended and Danielle had fallen asleep. To be honest I am not supposed to share a room with her at night but damn did it feel good waking up to her despite the circumstance I was in. As quietly and as gently as I could, I got her tucked into bed before I went to switch everything off.

Getting back into the bed to cuddle with Danielle did not go as planned. Instead I got attacked and found myself once again underneath Danielle however as I was about to speak, she cut me off by kissing me slowly and gently which completely caught me off gaurd.

Danielle's P.O.V

I kissed her but not like how she had kissed me in the past. No this time I gave a slow and gentle kiss. Why? I don't have a damn clue as to why but it felt good. It kind of felt right. We know nothing about each other but yet I find myself so drawn to her and earlier this morning, I woke up in her arms and I felt whole. Without realising, I must have felt empty for a very long time being on my own.

I felt her cold hands slip under my shirt which caused me to push into her more. This must have given her the wrong idea as she tried to deepen the kiss and slide one hand down over my bum and squeezed. I immediately pulled away and stopped her from continuing. Not a word was spoken through out the night. Instead, time flew by as we looked at one another and she played with my hair. Once in a while we'd share a gentle kiss which brought butterflies to my stomach. What is she doing to me?

After a while, I slowly began to drift off to sleep and she went to wrap her arm around me. As I was about slip away into dream land when someone barged through the door causing both me and Ashleigh to leap of the bed. Looking towards the door, I stared with wide eyes at the woman I thought I would never see again.
