Hey guys! *gasp!* Ik, she finally posted! I kinda forgot about this story tbh... But just to let you know, this will be the last chapter. :\ I don't really have more ideas for Sasha's future so I'm going to end it after this chapter. I hope you liked it while it lasted! Also, I'm going to continue writing Lies. Do be prepared! XD
My heart pounded furiously. I was surprised no one could hear it by now. Lily was standing with the others looking like she was the best person here. I beg to differ. Kyle was standing next to her looking quite annoyed. It wasn't because of his placement, but because Lily was trying to flirt with him.
Jenna isn't going to like that...
I turned my head around and gestured towards Lily. Confused at first, she realized what I was talking about and formed an 'O' shape with her mouth. Lily look at her with a smug smile. Jenna glared back.
"First place goes to....... Sasha and her horse Willow! Congratulations! Please step up to the stage to receive your trophy!"
I squealed and ran over to my parents. "I DID IT!!! I ACTUALLY DID IT!" I exclaimed.
The hundreds of people in the stands cheered loudly. That is, except for Lily. She rolled her eyes and went back to Kyle who was trying his best to ignore her. I mouthed 'I know how you feel' to him and frowned. He laughed and smiled. That really pissed off Lily giving me a more intense glare.
Whatever, she can do anything to me. Even if she does her parents will not have it.
"Thank you to everyone who has participated in the last four shows. We will be looking forward seeing everyone next year!"
I jumped off the stage with my trophy and skipped over to my parents. My mom started to tear up and she hugged me tightly.
"I'm so proud of you!"
I smiled and hugged her back.
"Here I'll take this and put it in the car for you," my dad said gesturing to the trophy.
I handed it to him and was immediately hugged by Jenna.
"I told you you could do it!" She said.
"Thanks Jenna. Hey we should go see Willow! I'm not the only one who won you know," I said.
"Alright."
We ran over to Willow who whinnied when he saw me. I hugged him and buried my face in his neck.
"Good boy Willow!" Jenna exclaimed.
I reached in my back pocket. In my hand was a peppermint treat, Willow's favorite. I put out my hand hand and fed it to him. Jenna tapped my shoulder turning me around.
"What?"
She slightly motioned with her eyes behind her. I looked to see Lily walking over.
"Oh hey Sasha. How is your mule doing?"
Excuse me?!?
"What's that supposed to mean?" I asked angrily.
She rolled her eyes. "Never mind. Your too stupid to understand."
"Hey! Mind your own business!" Jenna yelled stepping in front of me facing Lily.
Lily just laughed. "You think you scare me? Your not even a horse person! What are you doing here?"
"Encouraging Sasha like a good friend would. What are you doing here?" Jenna snapped.
"Anyways," Lily said moving around her. "You only won because of luck. If you got caught stealing my stuff you would have been disqualified."
"Well I didn't. Now leave before I call my dad." She mumbled 'whatever' and then left.
"Let's go Sasha. She's gone," Jenna said. I unclipped Willow and led him to the back of the trailer. He stepped in and I tied him to the inside by his hay bag. I hugged him one last time. "I love you Willow. Thanks for doing your best," I whispered.
