Jenna stared at me, eyes wide after she realized what I said.
"We have to hurry!" I said.

We jumped off the bleachers and ran to the truck. Her tack was right where we left it. I uncovered everything and placed them on the seat. Jenna grabbed the saddle but I stopped her.

"Wait, we have to make sure Lily isnt coming. Ill go check."

I tiptoed around the truck and looked around. Nothing but trailers and an occasional whinny from horses. I went back to Jenna and grabbed the bridle bag.

"Ok we can go now but be quick. What we're going to do is run over to her trailer, put her stuff in the tack room but then cover it with blankets, saddle pads, anything. That way her parents will think she just didnt look hard enough," i said grinning.

Jenna nodded. "Horse shows are fun."

We raced across the grass and hopped into her tack room. Jenna placed the saddle on the rack and I shoved the bridle bag into a box. I shut the lid over it and placed a grooming kit on top of the box. When I turned around I saw Jenna staring at me, one eyebrow raised.

"What? I cant make it too easy."

She rolled her eyes and smiled. "Alright I put a blanket over her saddle. Lets get out of here."

"Agreed," I replied.

We jumped out and sprinted to the bleachers. Lily was in the same spot, eyes puffy and red. My mom was anxiously sitting next to my dad. I sat down making her jump.

"Sasha! There you are! Where were you guys? The awards are about to be announced! You and Lily are tied. I think you might get second though. She did get first in that one class," she pointed out.

"I dont think so. She scratched the last class so she has less points. The judges might have liked her better since I fell." I shrugged.

The last rider exited the arena. Eight faults. Ouch. That will put her in fourth at least. These girls are competitive.

"That was our last class of the day! Thank you everyone for coming this year. We will now decide the winners! All riders must report to the show office to recieve their awards," said the announcer.
