"What do you want?" I asked quietly.
"Don't worry, I won't hurt you," the girl said.
"Then why are you here?" I snapped.
"Well I saw you being bullied so I came over but if you don't want me h-"
"It's fine," I interupted,"I'm Sasha."
"I'm Jenna."
I smiled and sat up.
"Are you alright?" She asked.
"Yeah... I'm just sick of them taunting me," I said looking at the floor.
I looked up to the sound of girls laughing.
"Hey Sasha, found a new friend?" Regina shouted. "She won't stay long you know!"
I looked back down and frowned. Jenna scooted close to me and I felt an arm around me.
"Don't listen to them. I'll stay with you. I don't have a lot of friends either. Hey, do you want to hang out later?" She asked.
I was so shocked. Who wanted to hang out with me? I couldn't just turn her down, so I accepted.
"Sure. I'll meet you at lunch in the same spot, okay?"
"Okay. See you later!" She replied getting up.
I was so excited. The bell rang and I rushed inside the classroom.

Lunch time! I ran out of science, or my 5th period class. I sat down on the bench and I grabbed my lunch out of my bag. I waited for Jenna to come. I looked around the quad searching for her face. My eyes landed on Lily. She was sitting with the popular group on the outside of the circle. Basically, no one payed attention to her and cut her out. Wow, I thought. She ditched me and now she knows how I feel. Serves her right.
I waited.
Five minutes.
Ten minutes.
Fifteen minutes.
Was she going to come? Maybe she was joking or decided I was weird. I sighed and took out my food. I heard quick footsteps and looked up.
"Hi! Sorry I was late! The stupid lunch line was long," she said.
"Oh It's okay."
Thank god. I thought I would have to sit alone. I'm starting to like Jenna. She is really nice. I wonder if she likes horses....
"So what do you like to do for fun?" She asked.
I looked at her with a blank face.
"Isn't it obvious? Ride horses. That's what everyone is teasing me about," I said.
"Oh cool! I've never ridden horses before but I would definitely like to try sometime."
"Well if you come to my house you can."
"You have a horse?!?!!" She shouted.
I laughed.
"Yeah his name is Willow. He is a dappled grey gelding," I said smiling.
She stared at me trying to hold back a laugh. Her lips slowly curled up in to a smile and she burst out laughing.
"Sorry," she said covering her mouth still smiling. "I just have no clue what you just said.
"Oh I figured you didn't. No offense," I said chuckling. "So dappled grey is just a super pretty grey with spots of grey. I'm pretty sure you know what gelding means," I said giggling.
"Oh yes oh god plz don't explain!" she said laughing.
"What do you like to do?" I asked.
"Soccer. I don't play for a team but it's my favorite sport."
"That sounds fun. I suck at soccer," I said smiling.
"I can give you my number and we can hang out sometime," Jenna said handing me her phone.
"Sure," I typed my number and gave it back to her. I took out my phone and she did the same.
The bell rung signaling the end of school. ( I know it's only 5 periods but whatever )
