So sorry for not updating lately. :( I'm trying to update some stories to make up for it! Enjoy- Isabel

Martha starts up the monitor to talk to the Doctor and Jack.

"We lost picture when that thing flared up. Doctor, are you there?" Martha asks.

"Receiving, yeah. He's inside." I hear the Doctor say.

"And still alive?" Martha asks, reluctantly.

"Oh, yes."

Martha turns the monitor off.

"But he should evaporate. What sort of a man is he?" Yana asks, amazed.

Martha answers. I answer the same question, but to myself. "I knew Jack couldn't die, or at least I was pretty sure. But seeing him dead like that. I'm not really sure what I think anymore."

"I've only just met him. The Doctor sort of travels through time and space and picks people up. God, I make us sound like stray dogs. Maybe we are." Martha answers.

"He travels in time?" Yana asks, his eye wide with curiosity.

"Don't ask me to explain it." Martha says smiling. She point to the TARDIS. "That's a TARDIS, that box thing. The sports car of time travel, he says." Martha rambles on.

"I never understand half the things he says." Martha mutters, then she stops.

I look at the professor. It looks like he's crying. "What's wrong?"

"Chan Professor, what is it tho?" Chantho asks concerned.

"Time travel. They say there was time travel back in the old days. I never believed. But what would I know? Stupid old man. Never could keep time. Always late, always lost. Even this thing never worked." The Professor mutters, pulling out a fob watch from his pocket.

My eyes go wide and so does Martha's. My heart races. This doesn't feel right.

I gulp. "Can I have a look at that?" I ask. I glance at Martha, the same expression pasted on her face.

"Oh, it's only an old relic. Like me." Yana answers, handing it to me.

"Where'd you get it?" Martha asks.

"Hmm? Oh, I was found with it."

I raise my eyebrows. "What do you mean?"

"An orphan in the storm. I was a naked child found on the coast of the Silver Devastation. Abandoned, with only this."

"Have you opened it?" Martha says.

"Why would I? It's broken."

"How do you know it's broken if you've never opened it?" I ask, eyeing him intently.

Yana shrugs as if the answer was obvious. "It's stuck. It's old. It's not meant to be. I don't know. "

I look at the inscription on the watch and it's as if I can almost understand what it means, but not quite.

"Does it matter?" He asks.

"No. It's nothing. It's. Listen, everything's fine up here. I'm going to see if the Doctor needs me." Martha says. I glance at her and nod, I know that she's going to tell the doctor.

I watch Martha leave and I hand Yana the watch.

Chantho and I are walking around the room. The professor is sitting down, a hand to his head in pain. I look at Chantho and she goes over to him.

"Chan Yana, won't you please take some rest tho?" She asks, concerned.

The professor opens the fob watch. My eyes go wide. "Nooo!" I jump up from my seat and move Chantho out of the way, but it's too late.

"Chan Professor Yana tho?" Chantho asks. I stare at him, not sure what's going to happen. Suddenly Yana moves a lever and the doors slam closed, locking the door for the Doctor as I hear him running up to it.

"Chan but you've locked them in tho." Chantho says. I can hear the Doctor on the other side of the door.

"Not to worry, my dear. As one door closes, another must open." Yana says, turning the Silo defences off.

"You have to stop. The Futurekind are going to get through." I yell, trying to get some sense into him.

"Chan Professor, I'm so sorry, but I must stop you. You're destroying all our work tho." I turn my head and Chantho has a gun. I go to her, shaking my head slowly to tell her not to do it.

"Oh. Now I can say I was provoked." Yana says. He holds up an unstable cable. My heart races as I take in fast and uneven breaths.

He looks at us. "Did you never think, all those years standing beside me, to ask about that watch? Never? Did you never once think, not ever, that you could set me free?" He says, walking closer to Chantho.

"Chan I'm sorry tho. Chan I'm so sorry."

"You, with your chan and your tho driving me insane." He says, rage in his voice.

"Chan Professor, please" She says, still holding the gun up.

"That is not my name! The Professor was an invention. So perfect a disguise that I forgot who I am." Yana, or whoever he is, says.

"Chan then who are you tho?" She asks.

He grins an evil smile. "I am the Master."

He throws the cable at Chantho. I try to push her out of the way, but it's too fast. I feel a pulsing and stabbing pain all through my body. Both Chantho and I are thrown against the nearby wall.

My head hits something and the room starts to spin. My ears are ringing, but I can still hear. I close my eyes to keep me from being sick.

"Professor! Professor, let me in! Let me in! Jack, get the door open now!" I hear the Doctor, his voice muffled by a door.

The Doctor keeps yelling things, but I can't focus on anything.

I open my eyes and can make out Chantho. She's holding the gun and I hear a crash as she shoots the gun and the door opens. I close my eyes again.

I hear the Doctor again. "Let me in. Let me in!"

Someone touches me. I open my eyes. It's Martha. "Are you okay?" She asks, checking Chantho and then me.

"Chantho's dead." She yells.

"I broke the lock. Give me a hand!" Jack yells out, to anyone.

I close my eyes again. "Keep your eyes open. stay with me okay?" She says.

I open my eyes. "Everythings spinning." I say, trying my best to not get sick.

"I know. I know. You've got a concussion, and who knows what. But you'll be okay." She adjusted herself. "Here, I'm gonna put your arm around my neck so you can stand up. Okay? Just lean on me."

I try to nod, but it hurts too much. I stand up and lean on Martha as she finds a chair and sits me down.

"Doctor! You'd better think of something!" Jack yells.

I can see the Doctor by the Tardis.

"Stop me, I don't think so." The Master says.

"Hold on. I know that voice." Martha says. I look up at her. How could she know the voice?

"I'm asking you really properly. Just stop. Just think!" The Doctor screams.

"Use my name."

"Master. I'm sorry." He says, his voice so desperate.

"Tough!" The Master yells.

"I can't hold out much longer, Doctor!" Jack yells. Martha runs over to help Jack.

"Doctor, stop him! Help us. They're getting in!" Martha yells. The Tardis dematerialises and it's like my heart stops. I don't know what to do.
