"Jada, your teachers called and said you haven't been in school for and entire week" my mom said entering my room
I gulped hard and looked up at mom "mom I've just been feeling really bad I've been at Carly's house and I knew dad would never let me stay home"
"Okay that's fine but let me know next time so I can write you an excuse, if they would've called dad that would've been the end of it"
I nodded and took a deep breath, no more skipping school, I'll just have to see him after school that's all.
I finished all the work I had to make up and laid there, what am I letting this boy do to me.

I walked out of school and there he was leaning on his car waiting for me
I smiled to myself and made my way to his car "hey babe" he said kissing me
I kissed him back and I started to feel that high again,
"Come on" I said getting into his car I put my back bag in the back seat
"I need to finish my home work first" I said to him
He nodded then pulled into a McDonalds drive thru "you hungry"
"I'll just take a milkshake"
He nodded then looked at me "I'll do your homework"
I smiled than put it back into my book bag "promise?"

I sat on the hood of Michael's car and he grabbed my hand
"Whats your favorite color?" I asked him
"Gold, what's yours"
"Pink"
"What's your favorite food?" I asked
"Honestly I don't have one, what's your favorite food?"
"Pizza I think it's the best thing on earth"
He chuckled then He moved closer to me and slid me onto his lap
"Do you ever have other girls over your house?"
He nodded "sometimes"
I continued to look at him but all he did was look up at the stars,
"Do I mean anything to you"
He nodded "you mean a lot"
That made me feel better, a lot better.
"Can you turn on the radio"
He nodded then got up and radio 9.4 was playing 1+1 by Beyoncé, could this night get any better?
He got back on the roof of his car and laid his head back and I laid next to him "I never had a girl over, without having sex with her"
I looked over at him and he sent me a nice smile, "if we're being honest right now, I never smoked until that night, I never drank until that day, I've never had anything that close to sex until that night"
He sat up and stared at me for a second then he got on top of me and kissed me, it felt like the kind of love you saw in the movies, you never expected, it just happened, "I never thought you would let me take you out"
"I never thought you would be this sweet, I thought you were an asshole"
He started to laugh and then kissed my forehead, "don't assume things".
