Alexis was stunned when she woke up in a dark room. Her hands were in chains and she can only see a pint of light from the small window at the wall behind her. She wiggled her arms trying to figure out how to get her arms free of the chains that are binding her. Sweat run through her body and she was desperate, frightened and confused. She has no idea how she ended up in the dark prison.
The last thing she could remember was she was with her friends during the welcome party in the university. She was in front of the bonfire dancing wildly with a boy she jut met. That boy that seem to enchant her with his dark green eyes.
She was about to cry for help. Desperately wanting to go home when she heard a door open. It was probably from the room but she could not see because of the poor lighting. She gathered up all her courage and managed to ask who entered the room she was in. She was so scared that it almost came out as a sob, "Who's there?".
She heard footsteps coming near her and she didn't know whether to feel relieved or to be mad to see the same boy she was dancing with last night.
"I'm sorry, princess." He said quietly. "I did not intend to treat you this way. But there are some things that needs to be done."
"Please let me go!" she cried. She felt her warm blood rush through her cheek when she realize that he was eyeing her from head to toe. That is when she realized that she was barely wearing anything. The small piece of cloth poorly covered her pale skin. The only thing that was left of what she was wearing last night was her underwear.
She had no strength to struggle free nor to speak. She looked down at her frail body and cried weakly.
He slowly came near her and touched her cheek. Wiping her tears away with his right hand, "Please trust me. Everything will be okay."
"What the fuck do you want from me?" she spat back.
"I am only doing this to protect you." he said then finally walked away. Leaving her again in the dark and alone in her thoughts.
