Cisco thought it was hilarious that they had gotten lost, questioning how two people who had spent the majority of their lives in Central City managed it. Caitlin on the other hand, didn't find it so funny.
"Where have you been?" She demanded the second Mackenzie walked into the apartment, slamming her book closed and looking at her friend sternly.
"I was out with Barry, I thought I left you a note?"
"You did, but with what happened this afternoon with a believed meta-human stalking you and you staying out a lot later than I had expected from a night with Barry, I got worried."
"Relax, we were only out so late because we got lost so Cisco tracked Barry's phone and came to get us, then we all went out for pizza." Mack explained, shrugging off her cardigan and draping it over a kitchen chair before pulling off her heels.
"You got lost?" Caitlin questioned, looking at Mack incredulously. "How? How on Earth did you two get lost?"
"To be honest I don't really know, but it's late and I'm tired and full of pizza so can I go to bed? We can talk more about it in the morning if you want."
"Fine, I guess you have had a pretty big day. You know I only act like this because I love you, right?" Caitlin asked, looking up at Makenzie who smiled softly at her.
"Of course. I love you too, Cait and I know I'm lucky to have someone who cares about me like you."
"I'm a bit overbearing at times though, aren't I?"
"Definitely, but I wouldn't have it any other way," Mack grinned, "Goodnight, Cait." she added, before heading into her room and promptly falling asleep almost the second she hit the mattress, still in her dress.
"Sweet dreams, Mack." Caitlin whispered, following her friend into her room and gently draping a blanket over her and putting her cardigan away. She then turned off the light and decided she should be getting to sleep as well, heading into her own room, trying not to think of Ronnie.

"Danton Black." Cisco proudly proclaimed. "That's who was following you and that's our newest murderous meta-human, Captain Clone."
"Captain Clone? Come on, Cisco, you can do better than that." Mack laughed, raising an eyebrow at him.
"Okay, you give it a go then."
"Hm, okay. What about-uhm.. Multiplex!"
"Multiplex? I like it, is that our new meta-human?" Caitlin asked, walking into the lab as Mack beamed when she called him Multiplex.
"The name is still under workshop, but yes." Cisco replied, sending Mackenzie a pointed look.
"Why? The name fits and it sounds pretty cool."
"I agree with Dr Snow." Dr Wells said, wheeling in and joining the conversation where Mack couldn't have looked any more smug if she tried.
"Let it go, Cisco. I'm just talented, don't feel bad, not everyone can be as amazing as me."
"Yeah and not everyone can get lost in a city they grew up in, that does take talent." Cisco shot back, matching Mack's famous smirk.
"Shots fired." Barry commented as he walked it, smiling friendly at everyone. "Sorry, I'm late. What did I miss?"
"Okay so we have identified the meta-human Mack saw yesterday, Danton Black, a previous employee at Stagg Industries. We also think he may be the one committing the robberies that you've been investigating." Cisco informed Barry, making a point of leaving out his super villain name.
