Cat sat down next to Black☆Star. She set her binder down on the desk.
"Hello Almighty Black☆Star." Cat laughed.
"Hey Cat! It's good to have someone who adresses my greatness!" Black☆Star looked back at Kid and winked. Kid groaned and glared.
"So, whatcha been up to lately?" Cat asked her friend.
"JUST SURPASSING GOD!!!" Black☆Star laughed.
"I bet!" Cat nudged him in the arm, laughing.
Kid didn't like this.
One bit.
After class, Black☆Star and Cat walked down to the local record shop to hang out for a little while.
"Cat, you're one of my best fucking friends!" Black☆Star said.
"Same. You're like my partner in crime. Mostly cause we get in trouble together in class for talking." Cat laughed. She filed through the cd rack.
"See anything? I've got 20 bucks, I'll buy ya something." Black☆Star rested a hand on her shoulder.
"Aw, thanks B!" Cat smiled. The two of them looked through the cds, trying to find something interesting.
"Hey, do you have this one?" Black☆Star asked, showing Cat My Chemical Romance's 'Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge' album.
"Holy shit! No I don't! Thank you Black☆Star!!" Cat exclaimed, hugging him. "You're the best!" Black☆Star lightly blushed. One minute she was nudging him in the arm and now she was hugging him. He knew they were only friends, but still.
"You want it? I'll get it for you." He smiled at Cat.
"Yeah. Thanks!" Cat giggled, causing Black☆Star to smile.
Black☆Star set the cd down on the counter along with the $20 bill.
"Just this please." He said to the cashier.
"Is it for your girlfriend?" The cashier asked, nodding towards Cat and laughing.
"Oh no. Well, yeah, it's for her, but she's not my girlfriend." Black☆Star answered.
"Oh, okay. Still just friends I see." The cashier laughed. "Here's your change, $6.22. Have a nice day!"
"You too!" Cat waved as her and Black☆Star left the store. He handed Cat the bag.
"Keep the change, Cat. I don't need it." Black☆Star said casually.
"Aw, thanks! You're a great friend Black☆Star!" Cat giggled.
"You too Cat! Well I'll see ya tomorrow!" Black☆Star ran off towards his place, and Cat started off towards the apartment complex.
