It was just turning dark when the gang made it The Curtis Brothers house. To some people is was just the Curtis house and to others it was home. When they walked in Twobit was sitting on the floor watching Mickey Mouse.
" Two Bit were have you been lately havent seen you in ages " Sodapop said
" Oh you know here and there " he replied
" Man i hate socs " Alecia said as she took her jacket off and laid it on the chair then sitting next to PonyBoy.

" At home he told me to tell you that you are working the 6am shift instead of 9 "
" Damn " Soda said as he tilt his head back.
" We got one more week of school till winter break " Ponyboy said
" To bad this wasent just the last week forever " Alecia said while she sighed.
" Dont be talking like that Alecia , You and Ponyboy are both graduate no question about it " Darry said to her
" okay " she mouthed as she got up and went into the room.
" Ponyboy wants been wrong with Alecia lately? " Dallas asked.
" I dont know " Pony said quietly.

Their room , only to see Alecia sitting in the middle of the room with a bunch of photos everywhere of a girl he had never seen before and some of johnny with this mysterious lady.
Pony finally sat next to her and picked up a picture.
He stared at it for awhile before Alecia started speaking.
" Shes pretty huh "
" She kinda looks like you " PonyBoy said smiling.
" Its causes shes my mom " she said softly.
" What do you mean?" Ponyboy asked shocked
" Im or me and johnny were adopted"
" How come you never told me?" Ponyboy said a bit upset.
" I only told Kaylee "
Ponyboy stormed out of the room and back into the living room.
" How come you never told me " he asked Kaylee kinda hurt.
" Told you what?" She asked very confused.
" About Alecia and Johnny being adopted "
" Shit "kaylee said under her breath.
" Were gonna go " Dallas said grabbing Madisons hand. " Yea ill tag along " Two bit said running out the door.
" Alecia!" Darry yelled
Alecia slowly came from the bedroom with all her pictures and sat them infront of everyone.
" Is what Ponyboy said true?" Soda asked with a sad tone.
" Yea " she said sadly
Soda picked up a polaroid of Johnny when he was a baby and their mom.
" Ya'll look exactly like your mother "
Soda said quietly but just loud enough for her to hear.
" Ive been told "
" Would you mind telling us how your parents died?" Soda asked
" I dont know much about my dad he wasent there at all , but my mom went into cardiac arrest in her sleep " she said tearing up.
" What about the adoption process?"
" Me and johnny were 3 and 6 at the time she passed and adopted a year
later by the Cades , then they divorced quickly after that and she re-married and then we met ya'll"
" So whats your guys real last name "
Soda asked as he grabbed another picture.
" Badwi , and my mothers name was Rose Amelia and then jonnny is named after our dad surprise surprise" She explained
" Im very sorry for your lost Alecia " Soda said hugging her.
" Enough about this its getting late " Alecia said picking everything up and putting it away.
" I hope i didnt make any of y'all mad by not telling you " she said sitting back down.
" Not at all " Darry said
" Ya'll hungry want something to eat?" Darry asked standing up going into the small kitchen.
" Maybe a lil " Kaylee replied
" Does spaghetti would grape jelly meatballs on the side sound good?"
" Yea " Everyone said
" How about i make chicken da van " Kaylee said going into the kitchen.
" Chicken what?" Sodapop asked while raising an eyebrow and following her.
" Just sit and wait it wont take long "
As Kaylee was cooking everyone just sorta did there own thing. Sodapop worked out a bit , Darry finished reading the newspaper , and Ponyboy and Alecia were just sitting playing war.
" I got 4 you got 2 and that was your last card so i win " Alecia said smiling and taking the card.
" I guess your right " ponyboy said sighing.
" You need to practice man " Sodapop told Pony while shaking his shoulder.
" Another round Curtis?!" Alecia
Asked while she shuffled the cards.
" Your on Cade "
" Dinners done " Kaylee yelled from the kitchen.
" I guess ill remain the Champ " Alecia smirked at Ponyboy
" Yea yea whatever " he said getting up and walking behide her.
Everyone sat down and started to slowly eat their meal , considering no one has ever ate or heard of the dish Kaylee prepared.
" After dinner , You and Ponyboy go on to bed ya'll have school tommrow" Darry told Alecia as he wiped his mouth.
" Since when do we have a bedtime?" Alecia said dropping her fork on the plate.
" Its 11 at night Alecia and ya'll have school and need rest "
" What are we five?" She said while rolling her eyes.
" Alecia lose the attitude or you can go to bed now " Darry said with a deeper tone in his voice.
" I aint got one im just asking questions "
" Go on to bed now!" Darry yelled
Alecia slowly stood up and put her arms on the table and looked Darry straight in the eye.
" Wanna give me my sippycup to " she said while smirking.
" What the hell is a matter with you!" Darry said yelling at her.
" Dont you yell at her!" Ponyboy jumped in.
" You stay out of it Ponyboy , Now Alecia do you wanna drop the attitude "
Alecia put her plate in the sink.
" Sure " she said while going in the room.
Ponyboy quickly followed after her.
" Alecia what wrong " he asked laying next to her.
" I miss Johnny " she replied
" Yea me to "
" He would always calm me down when i went on a rage and couldnt stop "
" Listen , Your gonna be ok "

Sodapop and Kaylee came in the room.
" That was some show " Soda said laying down with Kaylee
" Shut up Soda "
" Im going to sleep " Alecia
