Stuck
How does it feel to be left in winter;
Without fire nor a coat
Even a single matchstick to light this home.
How does it feel to be stuck in darkness;
Without anyone to hold on to
Nor something to grasp when you feel chills of dread.
How does it feel to be alone;
To have no one by your side
Nor a teddy for you to hug tight.
Would you stay with me
If I tell you how I feel?
Are you willing to be in blackout
Where emotions lack light?
I'm a total chaos;
The earthquake from the core
And the violent waves from the ocean.
I'm a mess;
Like the coffee spilled in a book's page
And the unwanted paint on white lace fabric.
I'm the total opposite;
When you think I am all smiles,
Hell, you should think again.
