Rain
They fell on the ground like liquid grains of rice
They're cold and hot at the same time.
They were pebbles which were thrown by the gods
To punish the people of the things they've done.
I opened the shield to be safe from the mighty bullets
But hell yeah, my armor was melted.
Pebbles become stones;
And stones became rocks.
They were not cold and hot anymore;
Hence, they were shivering as snow.
My clothes became heavy
As they were soaked by the rain.
Even though useless,
I felt that he came.
He hugged me tight
And I can feel his body with heat
'Sorry honey,
Please forgive me.'
And just like how the rain stopped,
My frown turned into a smile
--fast.
